Hardee’s

First of, this is Hardee's - understand the dining experience you are going for.
This location is consistent. Burgers are always good and fresh. Service is always friendly and responsive. That's what Hardee's does well.
Chicken, not so great, but again, not why I am stopping at Hardee's
If I am passing through Asheville and I want a Monster Burger, some fries and a beverage, I can always count on this Hardee's for that.

Heather...the morning server/everything else employee at Hardees Smoky Park is top notch... ive seen her run the entire store in the a.m. by herself and have the most postituve attitude...She has the attitude perfect for this business...especially dealing with early morning customers... Hardees needs more like her... #teamhardeesheather

We noticed this area has totally improved. Trees and shrubs are trimmed and presence of panhandlers has disappeared. We feel safe going back to Hardee's again.

No longer feel safe here. Feels dangerous, day or night.. We no longer go here. So many panhandling persons in parking lot here and adjacent dunkin donuts ( and Dairy Queen) emerging from bushes arguing, approaching cars to beg for money at Hardee's exit. This place is off limits to my kids. Feels creepy and unsafe. Beggars camped between the bushes and beside a dumpster between Dairy Queen and Dunkin Donuts which are adjacent.

Best eating up and down n all around go here all time no complaints food always good and staff always friendly and service fast n wish they bring tacos back but everything on menu made to please

The food was great, we didn't have to wait long and the staff were very friendly.

It's on the higher side of prices compared to other fast food restaurants but worth the cost in my opinion.

Please give the person with the black hair, a promotion. I went there and my online name popped up it “Was Jesus loves you”. I was nervous because I knew asheville wasn’t ver kind to people who believed that. But the person there reassured me, and told me not to be ashamed of what I believe in. They left me a kind note and even threw in some apple pies with my order, I’m gonna be back there someday to give her some money, please give her a promotion.

Jennifer was incredible to me, I had a really awful day and she made it a lot better. Thank you so much Jennifer.

Bisquits have that buttery, crunchy flavor with fried egg and cheese....yum yum. Coffee is so good too.

This place use to be nasty and overtaken with homeless. I seen it was under new management so I decided to give it a try. Food was hot and fresh staff was all working together. Will definitely return to this location as long as it continues to improve.

Actually surprised me. Inside was clean service was great. We we Leary of going in because there we’re homeless hanging around in the parking lot fighting. Not exactly a welcome to Hardee’s but the staff made up for it.

Food was good. Definitely fresh and hot. Love their fries! Service was good for only 2 workers there. Counter worker was nice and friendly. Apologized about the wait which was not that long. I would go there again.

Amazing! The shift lead there has been there for 15 years! Talk about amazing service! She knew the people in front of us by name. Not something you see as the normal anymore! My wife looked at me and said “I love Hardee’s”

The lady who appeared to be the manager took our order at the drive thru window and also was at the pickup window. She is all heart and very nice lady. I had a severely handicapped person in my car and the lady was very patient and kind to her.

By far, the best Hardee's I have ever had even late in the evening. The employees were awesome and the food was fresh!! I was so pleased, it is definitely a must go for my next Asheville trip.

I love this place. The staff is always friendly and I always get my food fresh and fast. I wish they had more managers like Cynthia at other restaurants. She goes above and beyond what she needs to. They even bus my table for me before I get done. So no trash is left on my table by the time I finish eating. It is great. Will continue to go there to eat.

The pork and gravy biscuit could have had a little more flavor. But all in all_ fast food 👍

My young friend and I came in today for lunch. The most amazing young man, Michael, took and served our order. Our meal was made more appetizing because of his personality. I tried the new Southwest Patty Melt and it was delicious. My Friend enjoyed her thick burger. Thank you Smokey Park Hardee's for a great lunch experience.

I stopped at this Hardee’s location while driving across country and accidentally left my purse in the dining room. The staff found a number in it and contacted me promptly. The entire staff was friendly, prompt and honest. I am glad to know that there are still individuals out there with such integrity.
