All I can say is this!!!!! It wascan amazing place to visit...the facilities were amiculet and the story about the Pony Express was so cool....

Great food at affordable prices !! Great customer service ! New manager has it going in the right direction and the cook was on top of it!! I will be a returning customer!!

Food was great. Even tho busy, employees stepped up gave great service. Kyle took our order,delivered food as needed.for several tables.

One of the best experiences I have had at a fast food establishment in some time. It was so very nice to see teenagers that were courteous and actually WORKING! And, they seemed to enjoy doing it. The fries were cold, but I totally overlooked it because the service was so great! Well done DQ!

Great food, Great Service! Had the 1/2 pound cheeseburger, onion rings and a slamming chocolate malt. Everything was perfect! The young lady that took our order and delivered food to table was lovely and quite competent. Actually, ill vote them 5 stars for Best Burger Joint!

It has been a while since I decided to stop at this Dairy Queen, service had been horrible the last few times I went (over 6 mths ago), BUT this time was different!!!! I ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo with a shake. My burger and fries were hot and fresh!!!! The service members were friendly, courtous and quick!! I walked in and the store was clean, which in the past wasn't the case. Soooo glad to see the many improvements!!! 😊

We love Dairy Queen ice cream cakes and that’s really been the only thing we’ve gotten from a DQ in years. But the other day I was telling my kiddo about how, when I was a little, they served their blizzards upside down and one day I got one and thought it was so cool that i save sit to take home and show my dad. I flipped it upside down and it went all over the kitchen floor. Lol. Duh. Fun trick but you can only do it quick!

Gluten free tip…. Heath bar and other flavors are gluten free. If it’s the yummy ice cream cake you want, pick a gf flavor and have them hold those crispy things out. They’ve been quite accommodating.

They were very awesome to me and my daughter. Very nice. They were very shorthanded that day and drinks, ice was out. Dirty drink area. That was not their fault. Where was the scheduling manager thinking. food was still great! I commend these people. Great job you guys

Dairy Queen is awesome, their banana split blizzard was awesome and they turned it upside down and it didn't budge which has to be difficult with a blizzard that has so many toppings in it. As always I'm a happy customer and will definitely keep coming back.

Clean locations, fast service, friendly attendants. Attached to a gas station, it makes for a nice place to refuel both your car and your belly during a road trip. Besides... who doesnt like a heath blizzard. 5 stars! FOR THE BLIZZARDS!

Dairy Queen is amazing. Looking through the reviews though most of y’all are complaining over nothing and like it says it’s a fan food not fast food so it’s gonna take a while and if sometimes your food or blizzard may be wrong you just gotta tell them nicely to please fix it not get all up in there face PERIODTTTT(.)

I would give a 5 star review but was very annoyed the other month we stop to get lunch they didn’t have the diner open due to Covid so we go thru drive thru and was told they only were selling ice cream no food at all why even be open for one why not put sign up or give discounts for rainy day coupon or something it was just nuts to not have anything to serve they don’t usually have enough employees but there prices and food and restaurant is great any times besides the one with no food or sometimes a wait due to low staff haven’t been since last experience but went today for my sons bday and there were 2 workers one cashier one cook there were a few hiccups like it took a a minute to ask what we wanted to order only drive thru was open and there was no salt and we were have all Pepsi instead of asked what drinks we wanted but the food was fresh and good and considering the low staff I’m very pleased thank you

Food was pretty good for a gas station attached location. Fries were a little stall but all the main entrées were piping hot and fresh. Overall a good experience, I would recommend asking for fresh fries.

I got the triple flamethrower combo with a large fries and large diet Pepsi. Everything that needed to be hot was hot and the large diet Pepsi was filled to the top of the cup. Everything tasted good.

Only one guy up front. He did a good job and I told him so. DQ is the Best soft serve ice cream!!!! 🍦 😋

I have been to this locations many times and to be honest they were not great visits but recently the last few times I've been there the customer service has exceeded what I've been used to here, whatever you are doing keep up the great work I love the changes that have been made!

Solid DQ. Service was friendly, food was good. Went with the family on the way to camping. Best Peanut Buster Parfait I've had in a long time. Attentive staff.

They get 5 stars because they have blizzards and were nice. The one in weaverville is not serving blizzards so I had to come to the end of smokey park hwy
