As a first time home buyer (and generally disorganized person when it comes to paperwork) I felt included and taken care of, and never judged for my MANY questions and setbacks. Couldn't have been more pleased with Katie. She is very knowledgeable personable and super responsive. She was patient with us as we live in Florida and were conducting our search from 6 hours away. She quickly guided us with our questions and helped us weed out properties that did NOT meet our desires. Donna and team were outstanding!! As a first time seller there was a learning curve in understanding the selling process from end to end and Donna was ever patient in answering all my myriad of questions. The team took pictures, inside and out, did a 360 degree virtual and even had drone footage, all to show and sell the house as best as possible. We've used Keller Williams Biltmore Village Realty to buy two houses and sell one house in the last 4 years. The agents and staff exceeded my expectations each time. These folks made what is usually a nail-biting transaction pretty easy with good communications and recommendations on cleaning services, driveway grading etc to get a home ready to sell. If I ever need to sell or buy I'll definitely be using these folks.

Katie is the best!!! We are from out of state and she was able to help us make a list of possible properties for sale (based on our preferences). We made plans to visit Asheville for a few days and thanks to her input and help, we were able to find exactly what we were looking for and made an offer and deposit for purchase in 3 days!!! We started working with Pat in July 2020 and were looking to buy and sell. Well in October of 2021 we decided to move out of state and wanted Pat to help us sell. She was so helpful through the process of selling our first home. I was actually 9 month pregnant, we decided we were going to list our house on Friday evening and planned to be out and about over the weekend as showings happened.
