So good!! Their prices are very fair and everything is super good quality. The owners (I believe) were super helpful and very informative, super duper open with being open about their products which was awesome!! There's something for everybody and if you're looking for something specific they could definitely help you find it. Way prefer this shop over Amazon or any "cheap" mass retailer online haha

I had probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a sex store at Boutique Royale. The staff are SO knowledgeable. If you have never stepped into a store like this, this is the one to go to! Good price options too.

Amazing knowledge of their products. The couple running the place made me feel so at home and completely comfortable. I wasn’t aware of how close it was located to town . There was no need to go to another store everything you need is right there . Super great conversations an plenty of options.

I went into the boutique Royale looking to do some shopping for lingerie and such. wasn't sure what to expect but I was definitely curious to find out!! I was immediately greeted by the owners - a amazing couple who made me feel right at home 🥰 this isn't an easy task for me as I usually get bad social anxiety in new places. they offered suggestions and recommendations which I was thankful for!! I spent a good amount but not bc their prices were outrageous - but simply bc there were so many great options at a reasonable price!! I was beyond satisfied with my purchases and I will definitely return ❤

We came here a few weeks ago and absolutely LOVED it!! The owners were amazing and so knowledgeable!!! The environment was so beautiful and clean!! The selection and prices were unbeatable!!! We will definitely be back and hope for more stores from these two!!! And their adorable dog!!

This is by far our favorite adult store we (husband/da*dy) have been!! The owners are super nice and very informative, and you just feel comfortable as soon as you wander in. They really do have a bit of everything for everyone! Keep up the amazing work, we can't wait to visit again!!🪻🌺🥰

Today was my first time in and I cannot compliment this place enough! There were two ladies working who were very welcoming and just made shopping here so comfortable and fun. I needed some opinions and help picking some things out and they without hesitation, jumped right in to help me figure it out. Not to mention, I overheard a conversation with the ladies and manager/owner (I believe), one of them had asked about opening the store the following day and he literally replied saying he didn’t want to overwork her and basically respecting her personal time **MIND-BLOWN**. You don’t find a lot of management really looking out for the well-being of their employees let alone tell them there’s no need to be overworked. To me, this just shows what a great atmosphere it is. What a kind soul. The boutique is very cute, has awesome employees, a great variety of products and management who CARES. I will definitely be going back. Thank you ladies for today ❤

This was the most comfortable we have ever felt in this kind of shop. It was cozy feeling and welcoming. The staff was attentive, polite and very helpful. It was also very nice that they had a display area where you could touch and feel the items you were buying. They were also happy to remove them from the box if they didn’t have a display available. I wish every store was like this and provided a normalized experience.

The ladies working there were the sweetest and easiest to talk to, they also helped me decide on some new panties while I was there and some stockings.
I can't wait to visit again when I'm in Asheville. They were also nice enough to let me vent about some troubles and gave me some advice 🥰 By far one of the best lingerie stores I've been in.

When I walked in it was very welcoming! The girl who was working she was very helpful, encouraging, and very understanding. I went for only 1 set of lingerie and ended up buying 2. Plus the discounts they had was also very helpful! 😊

Great friendly staff! Knowledgeable and eager to assist without smothering you. Made us feel welcome and not being watched like we are doing something wrong. They will open packages to let you see and feel how it is. And the prices are very much comparable to what you can find online. Can’t wait to see the new larger location!

This store is absolutely hands down the best. I have visited my fair share of adult stores, and this one is definitely my favorite. There is something in this store for almost anyone, and if your specific thing isn’t there, they are sure to take suggestions to order it! There is a variety of things from lingerie, many toys, games, and so much more. My partner, and I are frequent visitors to this store, and one of our favorite things is the fact that this is a very comfortable environment. Overall, this is a great store with amazing, knowledgeable staff. The pricing is more than fair on the product. If you’re in the area I highly recommend making a stop to this place. I cannot say enough good about Boutique Royale.

Being greeted by Bernie, the resident Pomeranian, already has its perks, but this store feels like a home away from home. The owner seems to be there every time I’ve come. He and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly, AND opinionated (which I truly appreciate). Such a sexy collection of toys, lingerie, and accoutrements... would highly recommend to locals OR those just traveling through. Wonderful location, nestled in the Biltmore Village. Pencil this in on your itinerary!

Super nice, helpful and knowledgeable employees. No one made me feel judged or "creepy" going in there. Store is very clean and organized, all sorts of things at prices that won't blow your mind. Also had plus sizes that were actually pretty!!! Also also they have a shop dog and he is the best.

They were immediately nice when I walked in, so that really set the tone for a nice experience! Also, the owner really took his time with me and explained what things were, suggested things based on what I was looking for, and it didn't feel awkward at all! I don't live in this state, but I will be ordering from here!!
