I always enjoy shopping at this store. There is one sales person there - Robin - who is so cheerful, so knowledgeable, so friendly, and so helpful, that I always leave that store feeling happy. That, in turn, makes me want to go back!

This is an after Christmas edited review. I’m actually not sure I want to shop at Talbots anymore. It seems as if every time I buy something it is discounted the next day. The constant 30% off plus 24% off, followed by 50% off, followed by new items at 40% off etc etc etc, is just too much to keep track of. I don’t know who told Talbots executives to do this, but as far as I am concerned they are shooting themselves in the foot. I don’t think I’ll shop there anymore until they stop the daily sales nonsense!

The customer service in this Talbots has always been excellent. Galena was so very helpful even though she had many customers to deal with. I haven’t found this kind of customer service in any other clothing store in the Asheville area. Apparently many other women felt the same way because Talbots was quite busy. The selection is great & the prices are reasonable. I had a very good experience.

5/29/2023: Robin was friendly, personable, and professional. Great selection of summer clothes that are casual and dressy. Good Memorial Day Sale happening. Great customer service with a professional shopping experience with Pat. Gwen is another great associate for a great personal shopping experience.
