McDonald's

We live in Hickory and stopped in to get some lunch and the staff was very nice and friendly and even gave my puppy a pup cup best serving I’ve had in a while

Normally my fiancé and I decide to do drive thru, but tonight we decided to eat in. We got the $6 deal on our apps & me being pregnant I always ask for extra pickle. We used the kiosks and normally when I order extra pickle no one comes thru. I got the quarter pounder with cheese and needless to say they came thru with the extra pickles! This is every pregnant woman’s dreams. I didn’t have high hopes since they’ve previously messed an order up here before, but I was not complaining this time. This was by far the best food i’ve had at any Mcdonald’s. I just hope they keep up the good work! (It looks a little sloppy, but they were packed this evening) fries were fresh (needed salt), but I added some myself.

Very crowded. There wasn't a lot of lobby room for folks to order. Food is delicious as always! The gentleman behind the counter was polite and professional!

The food is amazing! But the French fries are the best the service is great in what 30 seconds foods done and for six burgers is one minute atmosphere it's alright not the worst but it's too cold inside

Esther !!! She is the absolute sweetest most positive McDonald’s drive through worker I’ve ever met and always is happu to help customers with anything they need . Best employee and customer service I’ve ever seen . 10/10

I have to say, I was a little nervous as I saw the line and was running a little behind with the grandkids, but was waited on quickly, the food came just as quickly, the food was fresh and hot! Great job team!!

Was in the drive through for a while waiting on just a Happy Meal. Usually something like that is already finished and the line was moving very slowly. I sat at the 2nd window after paying, for a while and looked frustrated because I saw my order and the lady at the window wasn't giving me my order. She was focused on the cars behind order which was fine I understand she's busy that's why I didn't saying anything. Then this kind Gentleman notices she's busy and steps in and he first greets me and ask me how I'm doing which I appreciated and gave me my Happy Meal. I left because I was in a rush and forgot my drink.. This employee went out of his way literally running and waving his hand to my car to give me my drink I ordered. He actually cares about his customers I could tell and if everyone else would do that there then things would be a lot different. Unfortunately I forgot his name but it started with a K but shout out to him for caring.

Had to wait in line awhile b cuz they were very very busy but the staff was very kind and the ice cream machine went down but was offered a frappe instead and even gave me a pie..The staff made sure i had my order correct including, straws, ketchup, sauces, napkins, salt, very accomidating staff. Even tho it was rush hour that staff with thier kindness and the food fresh will keep me coming back...

Always spot on in regards to always getting my order right. I might also add it's kinda a complicated order never any bad attitudes about it lol!! Thank u evening weekend shift!!

A good experience yesterday at lunch. Sat outside in the warm December sun munching my Quarter Pounder.

Restaurant was clean (including restrooms) and the staff was working hard.

We got our food quickly they took our order and moved us through the line very quickly. Great service. Very friendly staff

I only eat the McGriddle with sausage and egg, no cheese, with a hash brown and large sweet tea or large vanilla cappuccino. Always great and my order is always correct. My visits are at all different times of the day and there is never much of a wait.

SO SLOW AND THERE WASN'T ANYONE AHEAD OF ME

The food has gotten alot better , got a double with extra onions , tasted like it use to be , good ! Service alittle slow but thats do to no workers , the ones. that was working , great job !!

Sometime McDonald's is a good place to eat they get your orders right sometimes they don't care

Went to pick up some milkshakes around 9pm, the girl at the register wasn't grumpy and the ice cream machine was "working". That's a 5 star McDonald's experience for me.

I usually would not give McDonald's a five-star but at every McDonald's I've gone to they are still wearing a mask. I appreciate them keeping themselves safe and me as well as my family.

There was 2 lines going into the drive thru today at lunch time and I only had to wait a short time, these guys were doing amazing and they were even short staffed! Great job guys!

Mcdonald just isn't as good as it use to be. Been a couple time ask for a large fry ND they only fill the container up half way or forget some of your food. Quality in food is just 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢
