I've always had a good experience here. But let me tell u, today I needed a bale a straw, I called right at 4:58 they actually waited on us to get there for a simple $9 sale. That's what I call amazing. I will be bringing my business here for now on. That kind gesture and act of kindness really meant a lot. I know it may sound silly to some, but it's a big deal to me. Outstanding place. The people are awesome and very helpful. I'm putting in a new water line foe our new house and they went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed to do it. If you like to browse through hardwares this is the place, they must have one of everything, probably have products that they don't know they have, very limited parking , a shuttle bus would be great for those who want to browse all day

Fair prices on hardware fasteners and sandpaper, etc. The folks in lumber are on my side and I like that. Speaking of lumber, we are now the proud owners of an incredibly solid picnic table. It's planed perfectly, no knots/skewed spots or rough spots. Thanks, Grassy Creek Hardware!

Simple answer? They probably have what you need. Yes, they're often busy, but they're always happy to help. Most prices as good or better than the big (HUGE) box stores, and truly a better selection if you take the time to look. Also feels good to support a small, local business!

The best hardware store around. Incredible selection. Knowledgeable and extremely helpful employees. I have looked at 5 different places for flashing. It wasn't available. Grassy Creek had one section and is ordering the rest. Just the BEST!

The staff at this store are always friendly and helpful. Usually,, they have what you need. We had to exchange something but they gave us no trouble. The location is also handy.
