I have had the pleasure of knowing Jon for 9 years as friends. Working with him was everything I thought it would be. My husband and I sold our GA house in 2 days and worried that we wouldn't find our new home in Asheville in time for our closing. But what really set Jon apart was that he told us the truth. If he saw a problem in a home that we didn't see, he let us know. As a very hesitant home buyer who started looking in November 2018 and didn't submit an offer on a home until May 2019....I HIGHLY recommend Judy Stone. Home buying was one of my biggest fears and Judy was extremely patient with us. She gave us the best guidance throughout our process and I always felt that she kept our best interest at heart, event if it meant making us confront some tough truths. Judy's knowledge of home construction and spotting potential concerns was invaluable. As a first time buyer, all I saw was the pretty exterior of a home and I relied heavily on Judy's knowledge and experience to make me see each house for everything it entailed. She provided us with a binder full of information up front, but she also kept us abreast of the process once we put an offer in. She was always quick to respond to my calls or emails, even when we were not actively looking (we were waiting for our lease to end).
