The Grove Church

A few months and so much love. So much love in a growing family. The Grove Church really is a home for the weak who seek for strength. A place to call on God for strength. Especially at 17, it’s been a journey to find the ground God has planned for me to walk on and The Grove Church is a solid ground that God has set in place for not only I, but my brothers and sisters. It’s place to plant the seeds, lay down our chains, and surrender. I’m planning to become a member and settle at the Grove. The worship team has become an amazing opportunity for those who love to express their love for God through the gifts he has given them. I pray that Pastor Zack and Adam continue to have wisdom and keep their hearts open while guiding the blind to see. I’m so excited to see what God has in store. Much love for The Grove and the church. Or “gathering” as Pastor Zack puts it wonderfully. What a blessing.

My husband and I recently moved back to WNC. We found The Grove Church in Spruce Pine about a year ago. The congregation is predominantly young families with young children. The church has an excellent children's ministry program. The Grove is Bible based and totally Christ oriented. The members are community service oriented. Terrific worship band, and insightful, caring pastors. A very welcoming atmosphere. Come as you are, and check out The Grove for yourself!!

My Husband and I have been attending the Grove for almost two years. We serve in several ministries, we belong to a Homegroup, and we finally have what heard existed, "a church family". I'm grateful to God for landing us here and pray God continues to bless our church and community. If you have ever wanted to feel like you "fit in" at a church, this is the place where God can do that through the Body of Christ. You will be loved.

We have been attending the Grove for almost one year after moving to the Burnsville area. From the first time we walked in, we felt welcomed. Pastor Zack Mason presents Biblical Christianity each week in his message. We have joined a home group and have made some amazing friendships in such a short amount of time. I love the Grove! My family and I have been here for a year now and we have found so much more than a home church! They have a coffee bar (which is amazing!) and amazing breakfast in between services. They have an amazing Children’s Ministry! The teaching is gospel centered and it has challenged us in our walk with God. I was re-baptized here and have fallen in love with Jesus in a way I never thought possible! Jesus has used Zack, Margie, and the Grove to literally change my life and the life of my family!

Being new to the area, The Grove Church has been amazing. You feel loved and like family there. The Word, worship, preaching, love, forgiveness, and understanding here is such a blessing. Thank you God for sending us here and thank you to the Grove for having us!

I've been in church most of my life and honestly didn't think about finding a new home church where I would truly be inspired when my family and I moved to the area not long ago. Then, we found the Grove...and I am very inspired by this church body. I am learning more than I previously felt I could and I feel I'm growing deeper in my faith since coming to the Grove. I highly recommend anyone to visit and see for themselves.

The most welcoming church I’ve ever been to. It didn’t take long to go from new strangers to part of the family. The people here really care about and love one another well. People always ask me “what is The Grove doing to grow so much?” The answer is that they simply preach the true Gospel and love their community/friends/town well.

We have gone to several different churches over the last few years, All the churches were great, but one morning we decided to visit the Grove and we never left. The teaching is biblical, the pastor does not get off on tangents about politics or other issues. Our favorite part is the home groups where we get to be in community with one another. It's a healthy, growing group of believers.

I love this church. If you are looking for a church home and people to connect with, you should try the Grove! My husband and I were at every gathering from the time it started until we recently moved to another part of the state. These people were, and still are, my family. The focus of every sermon, every out reach, every gathering is the gospel. From that focus filters a lot of encouragement, honesty, and encouragement to be honest! Even from far away, I have all of the same encouragement and love as when we there.

We've been attending The Grove Church for about 6 months now and we couldn't imagine being anywhere else. The first day we gave it a try we knew this was where God wanted us. We got more than a home church, we gained family. We've made friends that we're doing life with. The community is such a huge deal for my husband and I. We love The Grove and hope you will to!

I believe you'll be challenged to find a warmer and more welcoming church. I feel loved at The Grove. The preaching is thought provoking, sound, and Bible based; it is delivered clearly so it's easily understood.

Words can not express what The Grove Church has given me and my family. It’s the church we’ve been searching for and thankfully found! The Grove truly welcomes all, is scripture led and cares deeply about it’s community. If you’re looking for somewhere to feel peace, I recommend coming to The Grove.

I found the Grove Church right when I needed them most. I had just moved to NC after my ex-husband left my two daughters and I. Heart broken after loosing my ten year marriage and facing single parenthood, the Grove Church helped me remember what I’m here on this earth for. Living my life for Christ for His Glory and to grow His kingdom is the reason that I’m here. I’m so grateful for the people from the Grove who have become family. I am not a single parent alone but have a wonderful support system of friends who love my girls and I. I never feel like I’m going to struggle because Christ is always with me and my Grove family always is there for us.

The Grove isn’t just a church, it’s a group of people who *are* the church and have become my family. I’ve never been a part of a community so raw and vulnerable. It’s really beautiful, and is a reflection of what the Gospel really is.

This church is amazing! If you are looking for something different from the typical southern country Club style church then you have got to come to the Grove! Where it's ok to not be ok! But it's not ok to stay that way! This church has solid biblical teaching and life groups where you build relationships and do life together!

Can't say enough great things about this church. From the moment you enter you are greeted with a smile and a kind word. The members are so accommodating and gracious and really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and show God's love. Would highly recommend!

It's ok to not be ok. But it's not ok to stay that way. That is the idea at the Grove. Accepting that we are all imperfect and sinful but learning to run to God instead of that sin. The church community is loving, honest, open, and welcoming. The gospel centered kids program is the best I've been a part of. The 9:30 am coffee bar is super relaxed.

Our family couldn't imagine our lives without the Grove and our Grove family. This church is our home. I can personally say I have never experienced the Gospel and freedom in Jesus like I have at the Grove.
