Excellent experience with the salesman and be able to close the deal on the purchase of my new car. The process was very straightforward and I was able to drive home in the new car the same day.

Professional, extremely knowledgeable and courteous. My salesman, Elton Mucaj was the most helpful, knowledgeable and patient salesperson I have ever worked with. He took the time to explain the instrument panel on the car as well as any questions I had. He even can into work on his day off to deliver my car.

We had a great experience here. Our salesman, Henry was positive, detail oriented and attentive to our questions/concerns - he was more than willing to show us many different vehicles before we made a final decision. He was a true professional in every sense of the word.

Recently my 2016 Jeep Wrangler had the check engine light come on. After checking the possibility of a loose gas cap, I had the code read. It was a P0128, an issue with my thermostat temperature. I contacted Shawn and Nick at Central Jeep in Norwood and explained even though the light went out after a couple of days I still wanted to get it checked out to avoid any issues down the road. Shawn was very accommodating and gave me a few choices of days to drop it off. I also asked if it was at all possible if they could do an oil change at the same time. Shawn was very helpful and arranged that as well. I dropped my Jeep off at 9am and by 10:30 Shawn called me back to let me know my thermostat needed to be replaced and that the tech noticed differential fluid leaking. After thoroughly explaining what that meant to me, I felt confident my Jeep was in the right hands. He said they would do their best to have everything done by the afternoon. He kept in communication with me throughout the day and I had my Jeep back by 5:30pm. Immediately I noticed a big difference in the way it drove and was so happy I brought it in. Thank you Shawn, thank you Nick. This was definitely one of the best visits I’ve experienced at Central Jeep.

Car shopping has never been high on my list of enjoyable ways to spend an afternoon. The folks at Central made the process fairly simple. Elton was great to work with. He made sure a couple of cosmetic issues I found on the 2021 Grand Cherokee I purchased were taken care of. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience.

I had a very good experience at Central Jeep. They had the wrangler I wanted coming in to their lot in about a week and the salesperson, Matia, kept me informed. Matia was outstanding! Took care of me from the test drive to getting my new jeep inspected. I couldn’t have been more pleased. The rest of the people there were very friendly and did a great job as well. Excellent experience. The sales man Mark Wiseman was awesome. We took two cars out for test drives a Rubicon and Grand Cherokee. Both rides we fun. He answered all my questions perfectly. Was honest throughout. The two financial folks we worked with were great. We were telling jokes. One of them schooled me on some finance tricks. The woman was great. We talked about our dogs. And the best thing they didn’t take weeks to get us approved and get the paper work done. Would definitely recommend

Amanda was exceptional. I had to have two major repairs, which were spread out over two weeks. I was provided a free rental car, which I did not expect and appreciated. The work was done promptly with no issues. Will always bring my Jeep to Central for repair work.

Service department is exemplary at Central. My situation involved a complicated insurance claim and it was handled tremendously by Amanda. She was in constant contact with me the throughout the entire process.

Also Sean in service was very accommodating when Amanda was unavailable.
