CVS

This was my first visit to this CVS and I found the pharmacy staff to be very professional and helpful. I was very sick and appreciated their concern. While I was waiting I observed them to treat all customers with respect. The negative reviews I read did not reflect the staff at all.

Pharmacy staff is exceptional. This small CVS is fine but the pharmacy makes it special. Stephen Driscoll and Regina Tan deserve lots of credit. They truly try to help you out...filling an important prescription, answering questions, giving a flu shot or just being nice. Thanks!

This CVS is fine, but it's moved down the street to 299 Washington St. I submitted an edit to Google but they say they can't verify it, despite the new address being on CVS's own webpage for this store that is linked on this in Google Maps, and the URL even has the correct address in it. So if you use Google to navigate to this CVS you might have trouble finding it.

I've had one good experience in maybe 20 visits - a lady at the front register was super helpful.

Most of the stuff I've gone to get off the shelf for colds or scrapes and cuts for the kids is routinely almost double what it would cost at walmart or online at amazon, but they know you need the stuff in a hurry and you're out of it so they put the screws to you.

No drive-thru if you're looking to pick up a prescription. Go to dedham instead.

Pharmacy is a mess. Pharmacy employees are snobbish. They close the metal blinds midday. I was in there the other day at 2:00pm and they were just reopening the pharmacy. Not sure what time they close it, if it's noon or 1:00 but come on - figure out how to stagger your lunches or hire another employee to cover. It's not like you're not making money hand over fist with what you charge.

I won't be back. I'll drive the extra mile or so and go to the dedham location instead or avoid CVS altogether if I can help it.

Says closes at 10. Staff turned lights off as I was at door at 9:35.

Customer service at the front end was absolutely awful. I used to be a CVS employee, and it was not that hard to fake a smile and say "hi, how are you today?" Instead, I was greeted with silence. When I was returning an item, she didn't say when it was time to put my card in for the refund, so I had to guess. Later when I was purchasing an item, I asked if it was too late to put my extracare card info in, and she silently voided the purchase and started over. Seriously, it doesn't take much effort to act like a decent human being for a few hours to get through your shift. For reference, I was helped by Stephanie.

No one who comes to this location respects the pharmacy confidentiality space and the staff don't do anything about it. There's no area for a line so no space indicating other patrons to stay back from the counter while someone else is being helped. The staff should DEFINITELY be saying something if they don't want a lawsuit for breaking confidentiality. I don't need to know about other people's medications and I sure as hell don't need them knowing about mine, whatever either entails.

Do not go in the morning. Morning crew is not pleasant or helpful. Much better experience in the evening. 1 mile down the road is the Dedham Route 1 CVS. Much better and friendlier.

Extremely rude and self-absorbed pharmacy staff. Old, blonde woman needs a reality check.

Lady hung up on me then I called back and another picked up with a even worst attitude upset that I asked if they had a medicine in stock

Staff not attentive and don’t give feedback. Attitude is unwelcoming. I decided cancelling from my favorite pickup

The employee closed the door 5 minutes before the store closed

Rude service with her eyes rolling at the pharmacy counter!!!
