Hilton Boston/Dedham

My stay was for a long anticipated conference of New England based mystery writers, book agents, editors and fans. This hotel was ideal. Somewhat off the beaten track, it had food options on campus. My room was clean and comfortable. The conference food buffets were very nice. The meeting rooms were sufficient. The elevators were quick (don't laugh!). The staff was extraordinary! I had to adjust my reservation for personal reasons. The staff was very compassionate, allowing me to make the adjustment even at the very last minute. I am grateful because I was really looking forward to this weekend.

First time staying at this location with family, literally 12 of us in multiple rooms & zero complaints. I’m so grateful to the staff for their hospitality & service towards myself and family this holiday season ❤

P.S. husband loved the mini indoor basketball court & breakfast is absolutely overpriced but you pay the convenience 🤷🏼‍♀ ($18 all you can eat breakfast)

Had a great stay at this hotel. I was here for business and stayed for a week. Service was tiptop, I had a broken socket they repaired it immediately! the food shop is really convenient. Breakfast was simple but worth it. Room was clean and comfy, no problems with the bed. Indeed thin walls and woke up one time from a dispute next to my room. But the rest of the week was super quiet. The location is really good, close to everything, in 10 you are in Dedham center, and the big malls.

The location is perfect. Close to food, services, commuter options and express way. If you couldn't find what you needed on-site at the property that is..

Did not stay. Had a business lunch. Been a stable of mine for years.

Quick update: restaurant is no longer serving lunch. There is a self-serve section that is open with sandwiches, salads, coffee, snacks.

Location could not be better. Right off 128/95. Lots of free parking.

Facility, including restaurants, are first rate. I have all so used their business center and gym.

Staff is well trained and friendly

Large room, clean bedding and towels, quality supplies in the bathroom, good cleaning service, good service at the reception desk. Very important when traveling with a car: they offer complimentary parking. A 5 minutes walk to the commuter station takes you Downtown, and it is also close to the shopping mall.

We stayed here for a wedding weekend. The venue was not far from this location. The room accommodated our family perfectly. The indoor pool was great and the whirlpool was very relaxing. We had breakfast that was partly buffet style and could order waffles and pancakes. Everything was hot and delicious. Every staff member we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

Just spent a mother daughter weekend there with my mother. Easy checkin process and the man at the desk was very friendly. The room was very clean and the bed/pillow was super comfy. We had breakfast in the morning which was delicious. There was a woman taking our info for the breakfast, not sure of her name, but she was nice and explained how the buffet worked. Would stay there again.

I stayed at this Hilton because it was the informal "conference hotel" for a nearby event. While the interior public spaces are relatively plain the hotel is well laid out and the corridors and lighting are warm and attractive. My room on the 4th floor was spacious and had a high ceiling, with great eastern light and view. The restaurant menu was simple but I dined there with friends and we all found our food to be very good. Parking is a bit complicated, but there seemed to be plenty of it. Reception was pleasant and efficient. Overall it was a very good experience and I would stay here again.

The front desk staff went beyond expectations. I had had an injury that made walking any distance very difficult. They offered to change our room so we’d be closer to the elevator, as well as supplied a wheelchair for me to use during the 3 day stay. The wheelchair enabled us to enjoy sightseeing, go to restaurants and travel the area independently.

Older hotel, but clean. The staff are very nice. Was there for a convention and thought they hosted well.

Was here for a seminar for work. Rooms were clean and inviting. Food was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I'm in Massachusetts for my cousin's baby shower. Hilton was my hotel of choice. And I'm very happy with my choice. The room was very clean and spacious. There's a restaurant and bar on the premise. They served a buffet style breakfast in the morning, which was very delicious. The dinner wasn't bad either. I'll definitely recommend this Hilton hotel.

This hotel lives up to the name Hilton. Very helpful service, nice comfortable rooms, no odd smells (very clean), beautiful glass shower doors, & marble tile in the entire bathroom. Comfy, quiet, convenient and we saved through a travel site.
Bar, Breakfast, dinner, mini fridge, free parking deck, big towels, no annoying cigarette smell.
We'd definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff was friendly and an employee named Shawn went above and beyond to ensure my children and I were comfortable. Overall I’d stay again. Rooms need a little bit of an upgrade but I enjoyed the cut out window. Pool was nice too!

The rooms are great with super comfortable beds, and nice bathrooms. Big workout room + pool.

I think I've been coming to this hotel for about 10 years. It has everything you would need in my opinion. A short walk will land you at the Legacy mall. It's even shorter if you drive there. The rooms are quiet and clean. The staff are always courteous and friendly.

Rita was an absolute saint! When I entered my room, it was over 78 degrees and she had her teams fix the issue immediately! Not only did she adjust the temp with her team but made sure to follow up with me on the experience.
Secondly, Angeline at the bar was a RIOT! Besides being outgoing and extremely knowledgeable, she made sure to constantly check in on us and make sure the NBA playoffs was on! Other than drinks, she KNOWS people! Thank you both for an amazing experience!

The place was a touch old but very clean. Service was great. I used the Hilton app for any questions I had and they got right back to me.
Easy check in and out. Bar onsite was fine.
