Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Dedham

Rooms were very clean, breakfast was consistent with a nice lunch lady. Had an issue with a loud neighbor, but staff were responsive in handling the issue.

Hotel is a great price and our room was perfect! Clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had many conversations with the staff and everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. The location is walkable to many restaurants, shops, and even one of the train stops so you can utilize the public transportation. We loved our stay and will be back if we are ever in the area again!

My wife and I came to Boston to visit our daughter. I love this hotel because of the front desk staff especially Lowanda. Words cannot express my gratitude to this precious woman. She needs to make $500 an hour (seriously)

She also got our ballet tickets printed and took care of some unruly teens on our floor (Note to Parents: Please discipline your children. The Bible is clear what happens if you don't).

Great service, especially considering COVID. Incredibly flexible, clean, and friendly.

This is a nice property with attractive, up-to-date rooms. The staff was responsive to all of our needs and always had a smile to go with it.

I was in town because my mother had just passed away. It was a tough time and they made it much easier. I wasn't sure how long I'd be there and had to extend twice. They ensured I could keep the same room and the best rate. They also sent a nice flower arrangement with a sympathy card. What a nice personal touch.

I travel fairly frequently (except during a pandemic) and this was one of the all-around best stays I've had in a hotel in a long time.

I know where I'll be staying any time I'm in the area.

Excellent customer service from front desk. We had to stay for a few hours with our toddler & baby and were given a clean room. My husband went beforehand to sanitize everything as a precaution due to Covid but place seemed pretty spotless to begin with. The young lady at the front desk made sure no one was booked in the room below us since she knew our kids would be noisy too.
Would highly recommend!

Lovely hotel. Was in town for a seminar and it was the perfect place to stay. If I'm in town again I'd definitely stay here again.

This hotel lives up to the usual high standards of any of the hotels under the Marriott flag, arguably the best managed hotel brand on the planet.

The room was comfortable and spacious, and came complete with a full size refrigerator, sink, and kitchenette in a two-room suite. We paid around $200.

Breakfast was fine, though it closed at 9AM, which is a bit early in my free breakfast travel experience. It has a nice gym and a small swimming pool indoors.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is across the street from a major shopping center with several fine dining venues and a movie theater.

Beware of the GPS coordinates. The GPS will tell you you're at the venue when you are still on the highway.

Great venue for groups as there is another Marriott branded Hotel immediately next door, it's so large wedding parties or convention groups could all be easily accommodated between the two hotels and guests could decide if they want the more upscale Residence Hotel or the more conventional Fairfield Hotel.

Great hotel, clean rooms and very spacious. The breakfast was great and the lady working that area was very nice and anything you needed she was willing to help. The only negative is when it gets busy she's the only one and the people can get VERY messy so there tends to be a mess and that can be a turn off for some people trying to make there breakfast.

All the employees at this Residence Inn are kind, generous, helpful, and accommodating. They made our stay easy and stress free. Especially, George! George was able to switch our room and got us approval for a late checkout. This alleviated numerous hassles related to work such as calls, proposals, and virtual meetings. George went way above and beyond. We started calling him "St. George." Highly recommend this Residence Inn!

We've been staying here a lot lately to be near a loved one in the VA. All staff at the Residence Inn have been kind and genuine. The rooms are comfortable and have needed essentials but it's the front desk staff that makes me want to stay here. Thank you for your professionalism, friendliness and compassion.

This is a very comfortable place to stay. The rooms are spacious and offer many amenities. The breakfast is great. We have another stay we're looking forward to in two weeks when we're moving our daughter into college. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for a week and my experience was positive. Staff was super nice and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. I would come back and definitely would recommend.

It's a beautiful location. I travel around New England quite a bit, staying primarily at Marriott Residence Inns. This building is renovated but still seems dated on the inside. Cheaper than surrounding chain hotels, similar priced to other Marriotts. I'd personally choose the Wrentham Marriott over this one in Dedham/Norwood. Mostly because it's Newer, looks nicer, has better laundry, and has a tub in the big suits.

This place is amazing! I love Marriott anyway, but these guys go above and beyond. We were staying for a Taylor Swift concert and there were balloons, props and afternoon snacks in the lobby set up with her tour picture.
We needed bedding for the pull-out and they couldn't have been nicer and more prompt about it-and as always, their breakfast was awesome.

If you need a big fridge and want breakfast included starting at 6:30 AM this is good place right next to the freeway and huge outdoor mall with Whole Foods, Legal Seafood, shake shack, movie theater etc.

I am currently staying here and so far so good. A hotel will never be home but Residence Inn is doing the best that they can. The best part of my stay here is that I can request anything I need through the app and it will be at my door as soon as possible.

First I want to start off with is the staff is amazing!!! I gave my daughter's Spa Birthday party/sleepover, she turned 8. From the very beginning the head Houseman Alex was fantastic! I came a month ahead and he showed me around the hotel and also showed
me different versions of the suites that I could rent. He also offered to let me bring my items ahead and he would help setup if I needed the help. Once party day arrived the staff one for instance Melvin made sure everything was good with me and my party. Long story short I needed a DVD player and Alex went all the way to Best Buy to make sure my girls, all 12 of them had something to watch Monster High on . It was a great choice to have my daughter's party there and I am so happy that I choose this Marriott!! We had a blast and I am so appreciative to the staff for making her day so wonderful!! Thank you.

Dropped off my brother at college. Only place in the area you can get a suite! Very comfy and good service. We lost a ring and called them. They amazingly managed to find the ring underneath the couch cushions! Thanks George!

They are very kind and accommodating. My room was ready early and the room is very clean. The management was kind and helpful. The Netflix and Hulu options in the room were a great surprise.

Right off the highway. Close to Boston. Very clean rooms. The property has been updated unlike the places close by. The staff were very polite and helpful. Totally a great place to stay.
