Fairfield Inn by Marriott Boston Dedham

Came down for a red Sox game. Great place to stay for a day or two. Not too far from Fenway. Was nice and quiet. Great customer service very accommodating a friendly. Huge parking lot. Front desk were very helpful and kind. A+ thank you.

A nice hotel outside of Boston but close enough to Boston. Breakfast is included. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Looking for a good value for your trip to Boston consider this place

While I was not overwhelmed with this Hotels ambience, I really enjoyed my interaction with the nice lady that was working at the front desk, her name was Sharmel. She had a great sense of humor, and I enjoyed our back-and-forth banter. I had not requested a rollaway bed in advanced, but when I did upon checking in, she was very quick to move me to a room that would be accommodative. The breakfast was A-OK, delicious coffee and oatmeal with all the fixings! Thank you Sharmel for making my stay very very pleasant :-)

I didn't check in until 8pm and the front desk manager was able to quickly get me through check in and to my room in minutes. I stayed until almost 11am, check out, and had no problems. No one knocked at my door or bugged me. It was a relaxing morning. The breakfast was good, I enjoyed the eggs and oatmeal - which had a surprising number of toppings available. At night I was able to walk next door to Victory which had really good food and a relaxed atmosphere.

This hotel was cheapest in comparison to the others. Amazing guests service, it was refreshing to see some younger people running such a huge hotel and doing it well. The room was clean. Bed was very big and comfortable. Free breakfast 🥐🍳 hey you can't beat that with a baseball bat .

Recently just stayed in this hotel for a little vacation and I gotta say the staff were very nice! They were helpful and always greeted me with a smile. When it came to the room I stayed in, I felt safe comfortable and happy with my experience! Looking forward to staying here again!

Our first room had a broken fridge, but we were switched quickly! The clerk was very friendly. I used Priceline to book and got a great rate! Easy on easy out!

Was greeted by Mike after a rough time getting to Fairfield Inn from the airport -- very cold and snowy night. He was kind and extremely helpful in getting me prepared for when and where I needed to get to the next day. Room was relatively large and very comfortable. Breakfasts were high quality with a good selection of healthy and not so-healthy options depending on preferences. Shower head took a little negotiating. I would highly recommend and would go back.

Rooms & bathrooms 🚻 are small. They charged my credit card 💳 the full price of the stay at check-in vs check-out & lied to me about it

The customer service here is amazing! Someone I care about had to travel unexpectedly for work and cancel prior arranged plans with me. We were both pretty bummed out but being the person I am, I aim to go above and beyond for those I care for. In all my efforts to cheer him up I called the hotel asking for an email I can send a letter to so it can be there upon his arrival. They were more than happy to do this for me.

I know it sounds silly but little random acts of kindness mean more to some people than you would expect!

There was an issue with my reservation but the women at the desk were awesome and took care of it. Rooms were basic but very clean. Plenty to choose from at breakfast.

Kelli Moon was extremely helpful at the front desk, as we had to book a last minute stay for my brother in law. Lobby was under renovations, but seemed clean. Hotel room seemed nice and clean as well.

Stayed for one night and good impression. Service was good. Good king sized bed, which was comfortable. Room had a fridge and microwave. Breakfast was ok, and had waffles. Next to a nice shopping complex.

This is a really nice and comfortable Fairfield Inn with a superb and friendly staff -- and one diligently taking all Covid prevention measures. The room is super comfortable with a great TV selection and superb internet. Due to the pandemic like many hotels it has had to limit breakfast offerings...in this case to bagels, cereal and friut...but I have my bagel so life is beautiful. One HUGE PLUS is that it's within easy walking to a wonderful mall that has many stores including a big Whole Foods. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Very nice and clean with very friendly service. They allowed me to check in early which really appreciated after a 4.5 hour road trip and 3 hours sleep the night before the trip🤤 The continental breakfast had a good selection with several healthy options. They had yougurt and not the cheap kind, but Chobani.There's enough parking which is always nice.

Ok room but really good service in a good location in Dedham right next to the Mall (Legacy Place). Decent breakfast and some snacks to nibble on in the evening. There’s a sports bar on site with some of the best burgers you’ll ever have. It’s about 5 mins from train station so commuting to Boston is a breeze.
I love the folks who work here. The chaps at front desk are some of the best folks I’ve met and I’ve been places.

Breakfast is bomb. The bathroom is a bit cramped but other than that, the experience is enjoyable. There are plenty of outlets. In order to turn on the lights, you have to walk through a dark room and turn on a lamp. There is no switch at the front of the room.

Considering I'm traveling to visit with my daughter in the middle of a world pandemic to one of the hardest hit states in the US, my experience was wonderful. Very clean, easy check-in and friendly staff. Definitely will return.

The room6was on the third floor but elevator were convenient. Rooms were clean and well kept. Breakfast was great. Great place to stay.

The closest to absolutely perfect ADA type hotel room. No one can anticipate everything ADA, but this was on the ball. I will try to come back next year.
