One of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. Art and Nick were both great to deal with. They acted fast and took care of everything super fast. It was a hassle free easy deal and the car is amazing. So many other dealerships gave me such a run around and put unneeded pressure on buying a car. Norwood is the place to go hands down. Best deals and selection of vehicles. Can’t recommend enough.

bought a 2023 Audi Q8 and absolutely love it. Everyone at that dealership is very professional and knowledgeable. My salesperson was Dan and he was awesome. I got a great deal on my trade in and a great deal on my Q8. All in all a great experience.

Just had a 10,000 mile service at Audi Westwood. Haven't had great experiences with other Audi dealerships. These guys are AWESOME!! From drop off to receiving my immaculately detailed car back, I was thoroughly impressed. Took advantage of a service "special" so pricing was great as well

Wouldn’t take our Audi to any other dealership… and we have and Audi dealership less than 5 miles away.. it was definitely worth the 45 minute drive to Westwood.

Excellent service. Had appointment for Saturday before Christmas and was going to wait. Rep let me know may take a while to do proper service. Set me ip with courtesy vehicle and had car ready and fully serviced and cleaned as promised today.

I was having difficulty with the warranty company for carvana with an issue with the timing chain. Audi spoke with them and were able to get the claim approved and work completed within a week and change. Great people and great work!

I had to have my wheel/tire repaired after hitting a typical New England pothole. Mikylah helped me out with this and went above and beyond in regard to service and communication. Made things super easy on my end, and very much appreciate it.

Overall, Wonderful experience! My dad and I got an A6 from Mr. Jim Harrison. He could not have been nicer and he made sure we were very comfortable with the car before we took it home, and he made the process super smooth and easy. Also worth mentioning, the showroom is great! My one small complaint is that the coffee machine was not working, but its not a huge deal, and Im sure its fixed by now. If your looking to buy an audi, I highly suggest this dealership!

Impecable Road service to start, then Lauren Farina was the most efficient and gracious staff member at Audi Westwood car service. She made the right diagnosis upfront , prepped a loaner for me right away, and had the car fixed even before I expected. Always responsive and professional.

Great team and super fast. Cynthia was fantastic and Ruzhena my sales person was great. Mike the sales manager and Mike in the finance department made it quick and easy. I test drove the car at 3:00 in the afternoon got the price I was looking for by 345 and picked the car up the next morning at 9:00. Super fast easy snd professional.
