The Service Department is a solid 5 stars. Great service great mechanics! My service technician Steve is fabulous - knowledgeable, super friendly upbeat personality and a great guy. Communicates effectively and was able to manage everything that the vehicle needed. The Service Department Foreman, Dave, is also top tier as you might expect of a Mercedes dealership. There was a complex challenging problem with my 2004 SLK and he managed to diagnose it and with his expert technician solve the problem at minimal cost. Dave is a great guy, high integrity and a straight shooter. I recommend them and their service department without reservation. The Dealership: I thought of assigning 4 Stars due to the Dealership. I bought the car from Prime in 2004 and have been a loyal customer ever since. Yet as of last 2 years they refused to provide pick up and delivery service anymore even though I’ve given them about $12,000 in service business over that time. I find this diminished customer loyalty disappointing. Nevertheless, service is so important that on balance 5 Stars is appropriate because few Mercedes owners keep their cars for 20 years or more and for those of us who do excellent service enables this.

Service is one of the finest I have ever experienced. From the warm welcome to the fast turnaround putting me in a loaner car…literally in less than 10 minutes. When I picked up my car it was cleaned to perfection!!! Used to be a loyal Chambers girl until Savannah Silva changed jobs to Westwood and I’m thrilled to have followed her there!! She makes me feel like family always taking great care of me and cares about my experience….. 5 Stars is not enough to say about her and the service team at Mercedes Benz of Westwood. Great Team!!!

Great service! This was my first time buying a car and i was apprehensive about the purchase. Eddie Giron was very knowledgeable about the car i bought, and the amenities that came with it - plus educated me on the value for the price point. I bought a Mazda here, which made it even more impressive Eddie could provide the service that he did. Very thankful and happy!

OH MY GOODNESS! What a good experience. I don’t even want to leave. The people here are real people. They don’t make you feel intimidated in the slightest. They are funny and down to earth. It definitely made buying a car much easier and enjoyable. Steve is funny guy but he’s been doing it for 40 years and is so accommodating but the manager Marcos went above and beyond hospitality while I was waiting for my car and got me approved so quickly. I love it here!

I definitely plan on revisiting Mercedes-Benz of Westwood again . My Service Advisor Michelle was a friendly and easy to work with. She offered a loaner and kept me informed throughout the whole process .I definitely plan on returning on my next visit. Thank you Mercedes-Benz of Westwood. Had service done by Steve Hurley. He was great. Listened to the issue I was having with my GLE 350. Took his time and next day my car was done. If you have problems, go to this guy. He knows what he is doing. Receptionist was not friendly at all when I scheduled appointment. Front Desk need to be better trained to respect the customers

No pressure sales. Great atmosphere, they're under construction, but the staff works together flawlessly, so you don't even notice. I can say from experience they're one of the very few honest dealerships out here, management included with that.

I had a wonderful experience with this Dealer. Sam was really helpful and patient with the problems I had to ask. I had a leak in my car and him and his team were able to fix the issue fast. He cleaned the car for me—inside and out. When he finished he ordered me a Lyft to pick up my car at the Dealer. Good Service and 100% recommend. Thank You Samuel!!

I don’t usually give reviews but had to for the first time due to the outstanding service I received from a salesman in particular; Eddie Giron. I am not someone who is into luxury cars but due to a recent promotion, I thought I’d treat myself but being someone who knew nothing about it, I was needlessly to say, nervous. When I got to MB Westwood, I was greeted by Eddie and I got to describing to him my situation. Eddie listened intently to my situation, and I mentioned that i lacked any knowledge on cars and my budget range was maybe not there yet. However, Eddies professionalism and genuine response put that nervousness to ease. He took the time to go through each car he thought I might like, and with incredible patience, not only answered my questions (which I was embarrassed to ask as they seems dumb) he made sure I understood his response for nearly 2 hours; even when I told him I’d have to think about it more, he wasn’t pushy or annoyed; he gave me his card and personal number to which he said I could reach out to him anytime. There should be more salesman such as Eddie especially in the luxury car business as people like myself often find it intimidating to even go into a luxury car store not just due to the social status implications but also the fear of being taken advantage of. I felt the exact opposite of this with Eddie at Mercedes Westwood. Though im still deciding, but should I choose to proceed with buying, Eddie will be no doubt, the person I go to.

We received excellent service. Edwin, assisted us with our purchase and we were very pleased. Everything was very efficient and friendly. We recommend this dealership. They are building a new showroom and sales has temporarily moved to the building behind service.

I had a great experience in Westwood. I bought my car here and naturally it’s where I would get it serviced. Kipp helped me find a time to pick up given that Saturday’s are a little hectic for me and my sons sports schedule. After service was done and I dropped off the loaner , I realized I had left my wallet and my sons iPad in the loaner. They were extremely communicative, held my items until I was able to return and pick them up. Kipp and staff were friendly, professional and communicative.

I had a very good experience at Mercedes dealing with Katrina. She had the car evaluated we brought it in for a repair. She got it done so we were able to get the car in early afternoon. If we encounter further repair issues we will definitely be in touch with Katrina.

My advisor Kennedy was great! He was super helpful and responsive and made my appointment process very smooth. The wait time for my car to get serviced was a bit long, but after the holidays is understandable.

Katrina is the best service advisor I have ever had and I will continue to work with her in the future. I wish all your advisors were as great as she is. She is pleasant and really cares about her customers. She kept me informed throughout the day with texts to let me know the status of my vehicle. This is my third Mercedes bought from this dealership and I have never had such a great experience. In the past I have dreaded using your service department. I hope Katrina is the new face of the service department and that others will learn from her.

I am a recent customer of Mercedes Benz of Westwood. Phil Cross and Marco Imbergamo were my sales contacts through my purchase process. I originally came in to look at the size comparison between the GLS and GLE and ended up purchasing a GLE53. Phil was great to work with and was zero pressure. He found me the right car and with Marco, were able to negotiate a fair price.

The dealership is undergoing renovations so I almost missed the sales showroom. Additionally, so is the maintenance/service area. It took a bit more time than I'd have liked during the pickup process but all-in-all, I'm very pleased with the purchase so far.
