I really don’t understand why someone would pu a 1 star or even 2 or 3 the only u would a 4 is because u weren’t paying attention to the great service u get when u shop there I have now been in that 3 times I didn’t buy anything all 3 times and guess what kinda of service I got ? I dare you I got royalty service the same lady treated me as if I were spending $1,000s knowing I had no intention of buying anything today and for that reason I’m gonna what I said in my previous comment even though I can’t afford it I would much rather spend $485 on a be bottle of cologne and get treated like a king than spend $70 at Macy or dollars or even Nordstrom they have no clue what service again great job hats off to Norman Marcus and it’s staff socortto I know I’m not spelling right lol but she is amazing person go see she is in the perfume and colognes oh one more every one in that store seem to have unique one of a kind names awesome

Stoped by this location for some Amiri & Purple jeans not the biggest selection but was treated really well by a salesman named Tony, couldn’t ask for better service and that’s why Ill definitely be going to this location more often.

I went to NM on Monday for lunch with my newborn for her first outing. I was very warmly greeted at the front by a gentleman whose name I wish I had gotten. The elevator was down so he offered to either take me up the freight elevator or help me up the escalator ( as I had a book bag, car seat and stroller ). We took the freight at which point he asked Amanda ( who I believe was the NM Restaurant Manager ) to assist us with getting back down. I felt like everyone went way out of their way to accommodate us and I appreciate it greatly. The customer service was exceptional, food was great and Javier our server was pleasant and attentive. Thanks so much!

Great experience at their fragrance counter, unlike our experience we had at fragrance counter at
the Domain in Austin. Neiman Marcus in Austin offered us a disastrous service. The sales lady was extremely rude and was disrespectful to me and my huaband. I am glad that I had to drive to San Antonio the next day. I shopped all of my fragrances including "Creed, Bond no 9, Killian and so many more from there because people were friendly and helpful.
I highly suggest you buy your Bond no 9 fragrances at LA Cantera in San Antonio. I am never going back to the Domain again.

We are extremely pleased with our Sales Associate/Friend Janet Hernandez! She goes above and beyond to keep us informed about upcoming events and great sales! She has been so amazing with helping with orders and purchaces! She provides us with exceptional customer service! She always contiues to ensure we are taken care of when we visit Neiman! We where introduced to her by Marcus who is also very sweet and helpful. He had stepped in when buying a Channel bag and the new associate was just having difficulty answering/assistancing us. Once we completed our purchace he intorduced us to Janet Hernandez as we needed additional itmes...she was so helpful! We got all our cosmetic needs that day with her help! Since then she is the one person we go to for ALL our purchases! She has introduced us to several amazing skin care lines at Neiman along with meeting some beautiful sales associates....Sherry with Creed, Shirley with Augustinus Bader, Raul And your Esthetician AMAZING best facial ever! She is truly an amazing associate we are so grateful for Janet! We will continue to visit your store becasue of Janet and the staff so so friendly! I must also say we absolutely LOVE LOVE Mariposa we go twice a month and enjoy the food! The staff is amazing as well very delighful! The new Beverage Bar is also a great additive! We Love Neiman Marcus!

Jessica took care of me from start to finish! Literally she walked by bags to my car. She is incredibly friendly and lots of fun with whom to shop. I was sent over from the Domain location and the communication between stores was flawless. They generously took care of me and made sure to have my dress altered on time. I will be coming back to shop here and with Jessica to be sure!!

Great online customer service & follow up. Had a discount code for 15% and was unable to use it to purchase a specific brand (excluded) but didn’t realize it until after I had begun the purchase. They followed up via email after a feedback survey(you never know if those are automated or not!) after I expressed frustration about the process being confusing with the sign up discount, and they credited my account for the discount, although they certainly didn’t have to. Surprised they were actually paying attention! Great follow up on their end!

Exclusive fragrances and cologne! These oil based fragrances last a lot longer than the alcohol based ones! Don't forget......yiu get what you pay for!! Come and try out some of these! Won't be disappointed!

Carmen Warick, the beauty ambassador for Creed is so knowledgeable and has beautiful customer service skills. We purchased two gorheous bottles from her and we will be back.

I’ve read all the reviews prior and can see everyone’s point of view. Let me start by saying that it all comes down to the quality of the employee (s) that help you. Upon entering we were first greeted by a police officer of all people. Then a gentleman by the Creed cologne in the mens section. I had to ask an employee about the selection we were looking for and she led me there where a fragrance employee took over. We were very specific on what we wanted and the department employees were very pushy on sales of other types. Finally found the creed Virgin Island water with the creed rep Shelley Luna. She was great and checked us out along with my Tom ford purchase but didn’t get any of the gifts offered at check out, however upon saying something according to NM,s ad; Sylvia DeSoto took care of us and even went above and beyond
and sent my wife some samples and when we got them she returned and bought a Chanel purse and some of the full sized items she was given samples of ( some even as gifts). Allen, Thank you for hiring employees that value customers and allowing your products to be tried before purchasing. Please keep this in mind with all customers. We are very pleased with our experience and service.

People please dress nice when you go here it's not like shopping at Walmart. Have class get some sass and employees will treat you with respect that you deserve because you respect your own bodies. Simple easy way of life.
