UT Southwestern Frisco

Best experience in my life. And the portable xray machine blew my mind . I went in and went straight to triage and from there immediately into a room . Not even 1 minute later xray machine was in my room and not even 3 minutes later doctor was in with results.... I'm shocked with how fast it was very impressed very very very impressive.

My husband and I had our first baby here 12/20/22. Northlake is our provider and the mother/baby unit is outstanding! I had a c section and stayed in the unit for 3 nights. It was equivalent to having my baby in a 5 star all inclusive resort. The aesthetics of the suite was very modern and homey, stocked with all the toiletries and amenities we needed. We had excellent meals, snacks and cookies while also being professionally cared for by the staff as if we were family. We felt especially looked after by the nursing staff, Robin, Rozina, Raquel, Jill & Emma. They were our instant family and amazing educators, as this is our first experience taking care of a newborn. We can’t imagine going anywhere else the next time our family grows.

I went to their ER for abdominal pain & they got me into a room pretty quickly and after some tests apparently I had a bad gallbladder infection so they admitted me that night for a removal for the next day. My fiancé is skeptical of hospitals but he was amazed by their performance and the level of love and care provided here. My parents from Ft Worth were greatly impressed also.
To my ENTIRE care team (all the nurses and doctors & other staff I met during my care) for the entire time I was here - thank you all so much and God Bless You all! ❤

I love UT Southwestern Frisco. Everyone that I have come in contact with is polite, courteous, compassionate, concerned, and professional.

Excellent phlebotomist at outpatient lab services who takes her time and cares for her patients. I have terrible veins and only get stuck once when I come here. Highly recommend. Make sure to make an appointment because they aren’t equipped like the main hospital to take in a lot of walk-ins.

My experiences here have always been top notch! I’m so very grateful to have found UTSW! When other doctors wanted to give me surgery these doctors told me the truth and I’ve been doing great for many years now! These doctors put the patients first not their pocket books. Thank you for all that you do UTSW keep up the great job!!

Can not say enough about this hospital and the staff! Everyone was so courteous, kind and caring! The Radiology Dept, Jared Mosher could not have been more patient with me since I was having an MRI! Took lots of time since I am claustrophobic and had so much patience! I also have to say try the cafeteria AMAZING food! Great pizza and fresh salad! Different everyday! Brought food home three different times! Better then most restaurants! Staff in cafeteria are amazing! Can not say enough good things!
PARKING IS NOT GREAT!

I've been twice to the Lab to have blood drawn after bad experiences elsewhere. Front desk and techs are great. I've been places locally where I thought the tech was digging for oil. Never had a painful experience with multiple blood draws here. Making appointment and never a long wait.

New buildings which are very nice,valet parking at hospital, great doctors.

I am still in complete shock over the amount of care Nurse Dana, Dr. Kenkel and the rest of the staff and showed me last week. I went in on an injection day and they caught high BP and pulse that my own doctor of years has never mentioned. It's a topic now. I’ve told everyone how amazingly professional everyone at UTSW was and kept me at ease and first they can’t believe my vanity saved me, but I’ll take it. Dana, thank you for treating me so well. Dr. Kenkel—there are never words to describe what an incredible professional you are and the team you have is beyond words. Y’all kept me alive. I'm officially the owner of a BP cuff. Not all heroes wear capes. SO grateful!

Fantastic facility and staff, especially the doctors. Dr. Roehrborn is the best for urology. Fast and reliable bloodwork results through the lab on site. Beautiful new facility opened in December 2019. Conveniently located in Frisco off of Dallas tollway, with ample parking, makes for an easier and faster appointment or lab visit instead of having to spend hours on the road round-trip to Dallas. Hopefully, they'll add more services and treatment options here as they grow.

I've been visiting the rehab clinic here for over a month now in Frisco. The staff, facility, and parking are great. I appreciate the friendly, organized environment.

This was the most compassionate experience at a hospital I have ever had. Thank you so much to Tiffany and Nurses Michelle L and Amber in ER for their generous consideration and compassionate care while I recover.

Had to get labs done and it was a wonderful experience. Check in was easy and wait time short . The phlebotomist was great as I don’t enjoy needles and she made me feel less anxious. I will go there again.

I had my twins there at another UT South western location...they was the best and top notch......they saved they life prepared and well put together team I delivered them 4 months early there skilled and God too and life saving teachings and my prayers saved them .... I later down the line had to visit another hospital and what a difference

Nice and new facility. Went to Emergency Room for hypertension. The doctor and nurses are great. Excellent patient service!

I use the lab here instead of going downtown Dallas. Great staff.
