It all starts with Amy, the club manager. Incredible location. You get a warm welcome as you enter. The entire place is so clean. Organized. And easy to find what you are looking for. Bathroom clean. Parking lot is huge so that’s not an issue. Highly recommend.

I love this gym! Always clean and the atmosphere has energy but not overly crowded. I can always get the machines I need. Amy at the front desk is always a delight. i highly recommend the personal trainers. Brandy is fantastic. Bryce helped me with my cardio plan, and John, the manager, is fantastic and helped set my goals, nutrition, and workout plan. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff!

Great place to come in and get a good workout on. It's not too crowded or too cold.

I go to this location twice a week for the the Best cycling instructor Jennifer s. Every Wednesday 5:30pm and Saturday 9:15 really she’s honest, working hard to get you the best of work out
I did try different locations most instructors do the class for 30 minutes

Definitely the places to work out. No meat heads trying to show off. No hoochies trying to get you cought up in drama or a hashtag me too situation. Usually busy from 6 to 8pm. But get here at 530am and the weights, facility and few guests are a good way to start any day!

Man, can not say enough good about Devin! First time stepping in the gym, he really makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Super friendly guy that hosts a great location with great equipment. Easy 5*

I really like this gym the best of the local La Fitness branches and even over the competition in the area. It's a very clean facility and the machine selections are better then what I have found at 24hr fitness and some other competitive venues in the area.

Please please please SWEEP the basketball court floor, DAILY. Use the vacuum in there, anything (aside from a cleaning chemical that will put a film on the hardwood). Maintaining the hardwood is much less expensive than replacing the entire hardwood floor. LA fitness corporate I’m talking to you and attempting to help your profit margins

Very friendly staff. Very clean and often times I'm reminded to wear my mask for my own safety. I usually go in later in the day and even then the place is clean and organized. I love it here! The restrooms are always clean, the machines are always being cleaned, and for those petrified people there are also squirt bottles for you to carry around for every little thought of a germ. Lol. If you want a gym that makes you want to be there, this is the place to be!!

My husband and I are very pleased. We joined in August. Everyone is friendly. Bathrooms are clean. Have enjoyed the free initial physical assessment (upon joining), yoga classes, machine weight center, treadmill, stair climber so far. My husband has enjoyed playing basketball, and using the machine weights, etc. No complaints here - so far! I would encourage others to also join!

Only a member less than 1 month. Had a unexpected emergency out of town and after 2 days need a shower. I was able use the facilities and get back to new grand child and daughter. Thank
Other places i looked told me up front i would be tethered to my sign up location the first month.

We love this gym! Lots of weights, machines and cardio equipment. Great group fitness classes and facilities. We enrolled in HIIT classes and Evelyn is the best coach there is. If you’re looking for a great, clean gym, this is the one for you!!

I normally don’t do reviews however Devin is an awesome person and location leader at LA Fitness in McKinney. His servant attitude and customer service is why I will continue my gym membership there and tell other to join

Joined this gym and I'm glad I did. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The gym is obviously well kept and maintained. It is relatively new. Not too crowded.. there is always a weight area or machine open. Forthcoming pilates and HIIT classes. Has basketball court and pool. Reasonable prices and able to cancel contract at any time. I like it.

Overall a nice place, up to date equipment, plenty of space and pretty clean. I'd give it 5 stars but oh boy I've skipped some exercises because of out of order equipment. At my chest day 3 out of 4 bench press benches were missing the head rest. Thankfully they got fixed later. On my last visit though 3 out of 4 tricep ropes were destroyed and unusable. It seems like these are things that could have been fixed pretty easily so I hope preventive care of equipment would obtain more priority in this location.

Update: they got much better over time, haven’t noticed anything out of service for a while. Just gets too crowded between 5-7pm

Love the staff in the early morning times. Very friendly and helpful. It’s quiet and for me it’s the best time to get it done! My dog loves to hang out in my car and wait for me, too. We’ve got the Superman strength once the workout is complete!

LA Fitness has been my second home for almost 4 years now. I know everyone! Always a positive attitude, employees are amazing and are always willing to ask how you are/if you have any questions about workouts. Great place to be. :)

Gyms great has a lot of equipment the other locations don't there are alot of people that start but it's easy to block most of it out.

We love it. Mckinney has Great staff, instructor's are very knowledgeable. Check out Brent and Ben for private instruction. Gigi is an awesome instructor and she challenges all of us in her classes. Check out Her water aerobic classes too. Nick is the Manager and he will work with you to get you into the club. I love Colin, he keeps the pool and spas clean and ready for use. Say Hi to Casey when you sign in. He is so enthusiastic and positive in attitude and he always remembers everyone's name without looking at the computer. Thanks 24.
