Most people would think that home depots are all the same but is not true, for example, I went to this location because I needed to fix or change my moen shower valve which would leak after closing, long story short I took pictures and showed them to 2 young guys that were together organizing at that home depot location, to my surprise they told me exactly what I needed to get, also a special tool that I needed 🔧and how to do it, really good tips and tricks that I really needed and worked well, this really 2 young guys that you'd expect to pull out a phone and investigate where the part was did exactly the opposite, the grab the parts for me quickly and gave me advice. Later at night I had to come back to get a locking pin that I had lost when installing and they were probably home. However, there was an older guy that showed me exactly where the locking pin was and gave me wonderful tips and tricks also, he knew what he was talking about. Excellent employees at this home depot. Thank you

This is by far the most friendly and helpful Home Depot in the metroplex. I came in looking for a part but wasn't exactly sure it would fit my faucet. Although Corbin Coffin works in the paint department, he was so eager to help me find the right part. The best part is it was an exact fit. I am so grateful to Corbin for taking a few moments to help me. In the past, most associates would not be helpful and just point the direction of where to find what I'm looking for. I'll definitely be back to do all my shopping and look for Corbin again if I need help. We need more associates like Corbin. Thanks!

By far one of the best Home Depot’s I have shopped at and associates I’ve worked with. Was remodelling the house with several items being delivered to the store. Kelly and team were super, helping out with questions and keeping the items together. Made the experience great, and even my contractor complimented that Kelly and team were really helpful. Probably was the reason for doing my entire home needs with HD with this remodel! Thank you team!

Best Home Depot I’ve ever been to. Needed to cut some PVC I was purchasing and asked if they had a cutter. They didn’t, but the man assisting me stopped what he was doing to cut the pipe himself. Saved me the cost of buying a pipe cutter or the labor and lack of precision in sawing the pipe myself lol. Above and beyond.

We just bought a fridge for our new house and just wanted to say Dale Jarvi was great and very knowledgeable and we are glad he helped us!

The workers in the aisles are usually very nice. And the plumbing sept always knows their s***. Great Home Depot and Inlove the location! Right where it needs to be near the house :)

It's a Home Depot! Staff is really friendly and they always have what you are looking for. If they don't have it it doesn't exist

Great experience. I want to shout out the tool rental desk: Ehsani, Robert and the team. They are so friendly, helpful and happy to help me even going out to the trailer and guiding me to hook up without them violating protocol. Blessings to this team!

I purchased several plants there this past Saturday. Unfortunately, it won't let me do the survey as it doesn't recognize my sign-on from ticket. James checked me out in the garden center
He's extremely professional, knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality!

I often dread calling customer service because the agent doesn't understand the problem well enough to solve, doesn't have a sense of urgency when it's needed, or isn't paid enough to care. Today the wrong item was delivered, but received confirmation that the correct item was delivered - a mistake by the delivery driver. Amanda called the freight company who got in contact with the driver and the issue was fully resolved 30 minutes later which saved myself and the delivery driver, who had yet to realize the mistake, a lot of time today. My expectations have become so low when calling large corporate customer service, so Amanda deserves recognition for being exemplary, although she may never see this. Thanks Amanda!

We had an Employee by the name of Scott who went above and beyond to make sure that we were assisted with finding a top to a certain style organizer.

They were just about sold out and there were no more Lids available to go with the organizer, but Scott saw that we were looking and asked us which model we were trying to find.

He went to the back and brought out a full stack and helped us load them on the basket!

So we were able to buy 2 of the 45 gallon husky latch and stack totes with wheels!!

Thank you Scott 😊 you made my mothers day! My mom REALLY wanted that tote!

Now she has 2!

This is a great location! I've been here at least 5 times now and I have no complaints so far! I will update my review if my experience changes!

I went to Home Depot to pick up a gas grill my daughter had ordered for me. I went to customer service and a worker by the name of Trois was very helpful and polite. She and another young lady lift the heavy grill onto my vehicle. Trois then made sure the grill was secured on my truck. I appreciate all thier help. That is what I call excellent Customer Service!

I used to like going to Lowe’s better than Home Depot because they had buttons you could push to get help but they’ve done away with those. So now both places are on an even playing field and Home Depot seems to have a better assortment of inventory on hand so I find myself using Home Depot the most.

Got super help, but alas they did not have what the online said they did, but I had an interesting conversation with a fellow Texan, so all was good

Turned In a moving truck here, overnight in a key box. Excellent

I was able to get almost everything on my list at this location. They were missing (didn't stock) a specific item that I had to go to a competitor to purchase. Overall this location has been a real asset as a small business owner. It's in a convenient location and usually has everything I need to get the job done. I like that with the pro credit card I'm able to track all my expenses so no receipts get lost. The option to add a PO# is great.
