I’m in town for work and needed my fave 1st Phorm pre/post workout stacks and some of that new Sreamin’ Freedom. I was shocked- this place not only stocks all the 1st Phorm products I use (and then some) they also helped get it in my hands since I didn’t have a ride. Super legit supplement store. These guys have it all. Really friendly and know their stuff. Vast selection of products, with all the new hot products on the market. Bulk products and cold beverage on hand. They gave me a few samples I could use at the gym. I forgot my pre workout and they bailed me out. Thanks guys. Definitely be returning to buy some more products from them.

Such a great place to buy your supplements from! The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. They have so many different products in store, they are bound to have what you need. Even if they don’t have what you’re looking for, they will try their best to find a way to get it to you.
They really make you feel like family when you shop with them. I frequent a lot of supplement stores, but this will be my GO-TO from now on.

They have excellent customer service! They’re the sweetest and absolutely knowledgable in everything nutrition! I love coming in when I need assistance picking out the right supplements or even picking out what energy drink to have for the day. It’s an absolutely laid back store that keeps me coming again and again for all of my needs! I cannot recommend any place more than this one since it really is the best store in frisco!

The frisco location is the best location by far. Not only do they have the best products, but they have the best staff who are always so friendly and willing to help. Ashley was so informative and helped me find exactly what I needed and showed me other products that would benefit me in the future. I will always come back to this store for anything i ever need. I have shopped here for over five years, Kenny has always been amazing with guidance and suggestions. Today I called him for something he recommended in the past, however he was not there. Ashley assisted me. I’m highly impressed by her service that she looked up what I ordered in the past and was able to find it and even text me a picture of it. This is a hidden gem in Frisco. They offer the best variety of powders and bars that I have seen. You can mix and match protein bars to get a nice mix. No more eating the same bar for a 2 weeks. The staff is really helpful and can guide you to what you need for your specific goal. The prices are the best around. Give them a try and you will keep coming back. If you have to drive to get there it worth the drive. So far have never had a negative experience buying here.

Don't go to GNC, USN is the best nutrition shop! Prices are better here, products are much better quality, and employees are more knowledgeable and so they are able to better help you find supplements to suit your needs. The past few times I've come to this location, Gretta has been super helpful, and she is very knowledgeable to give me an opinion on what I should get. She's very friendly and you can tell she really cares about great customer service. Seriously, avoid GNC, shop at Ultimate instead.

Love this place. I go all the time and they are always matched with online prices but you don't have to pay for shipping!
Everyone is very friendly and says hi to you as soon as you walk in, they are helpful but also low pressure. A very relaxed environment.
The workers all seem to know their stuff and have opinions on which brands to use.

She was focused on what I needed and had excellent product knowledge to help my wellbeing. To many times we go to these stores and run into the “car sales guy”.
