So many inexpensive but good quality and great staff and in McKinney location! Great gift ideas so ck it out and pet , leashes and bedding to jackets, makeup ..name it it’s there

while the product in store right now isn’t the best the employee logan was very kind. a welcoming greeting while entering the store was given, and he offered help in a genuine kind way. i am so happy to see people who still have the manners teenagers should all have. big shout out to logan!!

This is our first tym visit to this store..They have stuff for every age group. we bought 2 yoga mats & other stuff.. yoga mats are awesome. We loved them. Will visit this store again for sure👍

I called with a purchase made at a different Five Below and was fortunate to get Justin. My idea did not work but Justin immediately came up with a workable resolve. I LOVE THAT!! Top tier customer service. Since he would not be at the store when I arrived, he said he’d let his pm manager know to expect me. Guess what, when I arrived, Alex knew exactly what to do (because Justin had communicated as he said!!). While I waited for Alex to knock it out the park, Victoria was super helpful! By way of her friendliness she ended up selling me an extra item I wasn’t looking for.

When I need a Five Below fix, I will patronize this wonderful store.

Five Below has always been a great partner with the Texas State Guard Toy Drive for area children's hospitals.

Good customer service and the sales person has been very helpful . Stuff marked 1$ to 5$ , few items are marked 7$ and 10$..so really not five below : )

A very good replacement of dollar tree for us. You can get so many options from books, crafts to games below $5 here that the store works great for both, your pocket and your kids.

You can tell this store gets busy. You could tell there was a lot of people shopping that day but everybody was still friendly and everything looked stocked up.

Great products at a great price, bought a TX themed towel there back in 2020. Justin is an awesome and very helpful manager he knows how to make someone’s day. Greatly recommend that Five Below.

The manager "Justin" he is so amazing! Friendly and always assist customer, his service is beyond expectation which made me wana come back always. The product are variety and all in good quality in reasonable price. Highly recomended you to shop here before going to another shop as you may always get things you want here.

I was really surprised! This was my first time visiting this location and the vibe was great. The music and layout made a good ambiance, and it truly is like the $5 version of the dollar store. Great for small gifts or basic items.

I decided to stop by today on Saturday for some holiday shopping. They had so much inventory in stock and best of all they had a lot of Squishmallow. Upon check out I had a great conversation with the cashier Justin. Justin was very helpful and even offered looking in the back for me to look for more squishmallows. overall had a great shopping experience and would love to come back. thank you Justin for your help.

Great store for the person who isn't a millionaire. Many different things for all ages young and old. I believe the highest price I seen was $15.00. Although I do remember when this chain of stores opened, they were actually 5 Below. Like the name says there wasn't anything in the store over $5.00. It's ok though many stores have done that, for example the Dollar Store.

Quality stuff at lower prices. This place is great for presents for kids and adults. They have a great selection of electronic accessories like phone chargers, mounts, screen protectors, bluetooth headsets/speakers, etc. They also have plenty of board games, toys, gag gifts, and candies. I shop here first when I need some electronic accessories as they are usually cheaper than amazon.

This place is our go-to for most party favors and this time around we had a mammoth job on hand . Getting gifts for 24 kids !

Mamie at the store was super duper helpful in guiding us on the options for the boys and the girls and also making sure she called other stores to check on availability of specific items. She is an angel !

Once we were all ready to go, she went out of the way to speed up our checkout process and did all this keeping the lovely smile intact !

Mamie is the reason we still go to a Brick and Mortar store, as the human connect and customer delight is still living thanks to her !

She definitely is an asset to the Frisco TX store !!

Love this location, the employees are always courteous ! Everytime I go into the establishment I find goodies that suits my needs. Also I like the fact that there are no self check outs , ppl need jobs and this location is providing an opportunity to employ workers to assist in the customers purchasing process. Customer service like back in the old days. I love it ! Hats off to the Frisco location 🎉

Reasonable price shop

Can't go wrong with 5 below. We bought party favors and got some cute Frozen tshirts for $5. Some items I can find cheaper elsewhere but the variety you can't beat.
