I met Keith about 10 years ago and we have been working together ever since. Keith is the type of realtor that gets on the ground in a basement with his flashlight to check the boilers date because you are to scared of spiders. We looked at many properties together, in various towns and in various conditions. Keith would always provide the pros and cons. Even if the cons means that I was not going to buy and we had to keep looking. Also, along the way he showed me a few tricks. One time he took out a penny and put it on the floor. The penny rolled across the floor on its own which is when I realized the property was slanted. Needless to say I did not buy that property. When we found the perfect fit, Keith immediately jumped on helping me secure the property and made sure our offer was more shiner than others. Keith has a wide network of resources that made this intimidating process run smoothly until the end. To this day anytime I want a trusted advisor’s opinion, I pick up my phone and text him. He answers right away…… in the next year or two, he will be helping me sell and purchase my second home, then my third, then my forever home. Keith is PATIENT, friendly, a great communicator, smart and trustworthy.

I can honestly say that we couldn't have gotten our house without Keith's help. We did a long-distance relocation from Florida, and he went so far above and beyond the call of duty.

He thought of things we hadn't even considered....giving us "how easy is it to get out of the driveway" comments along with discussions about road noise.
