Working with Vlad from MIR Realty to buy and rebuild my first house in Boston was an exceptional experience. His dual expertise as a real estate agent and builder provided invaluable insights that helped me find and transform a property with great potential.

Vlad was highly professional and thorough, guiding me through every step of the buying and renovation process. His attention to detail ensured that nothing was overlooked, and his excellent communication kept me informed and comfortable throughout the journey.

Thanks to Vlad’s dedication and skill, I now own a beautifully rebuilt home that meets all my needs. I highly recommend MIR Realty to anyone looking to buy or build their first home with the help of a true professional.

Just a note to say that Vlad and his team, after a lot of public pressure, came up with a really beautiful redesign for his project on Hyde Park Avenue that kept the same amount of housing stock and which preserved the old oak tree on the property. It's a really elegant design and we're so looking forward to seeing it come to the neighborhood. Three cheers!

It's so disheartening to have to write a review like this for someone who is taking on the hard task of building in Boston at a moment when we need more housing stock. Vlad's line of work isn't easy and there are a lot of barriers to constructing housing already. He is interpersonally thoughtful himself. But this company's practices are absolutely unscrupulous, and I'd recommend folks to both avoid dealings with this company professionally, and to be wary of any construction his team takes on in your neighborhood.

Our neighbors were deeply supportive of his plan to build a multi-unit building that would bring much-needed housing to the city, helping his team get sign-offs to avoid parking minimums and expand the number of units in the development to six. What neighbors asked for was a commitment to preserving a 150-year-old scarlet oak that is the only centenary tree in an increasingly concrete part of town. (Picture taken today while it's still standing.) His team agreed, then post-approval, notified someone at the Zoning Board that they'd be cutting down the tree. Neighbors rallied, and at a meeting with his patronizing architect and attorney, the team told us that we could take a hike.

I'd love to be able to cite developers with great practices for building so that we can get some good housing built in this city. Vlad's team is not that - disrespectful to neighbors, duplicitous in dealing, and a company you should be very leery of getting anywhere near your neighborhood or trusting to any verbal commitments they make. What an absolute shame.

Jennifer Shea was a pleasure to work with when I was a tenant, she was very prompt when responding to any maintenance requests and very helpful with the move in process! Highly recommend having her as your agent!

Boycott this company. You can not trust the integrity of anything that this company builds, sells or rents. Vladimir the developer promised the Forest Hills community when looking for approval to develop a property on Hyde Park Ave, that he would not cut down and kill the 100 year old healthy tree that is on the property. The tree does not interfere with plumbing and does not interfere with the footprint of the construction.
He lied to our community. He is in fact having the tree cut down despite the fact that he gave the community his word in the initial meeting. This has been digitally documented. The community has respectfully met with him with the support of public officials and still he will cut down this 100 year old tree.
This is heartbreaking for our community and our environment.

Realtor Jennifer Shea that works for this company is the worst person I have ever dealt with. I was a former tenant and she harassed me nonstop texting and calling my cell # for non-emergency matters most times after 11pm at night, even after I request multiple times to only contact me through email, completely unprofessional and disrespectful. They even tried to say on moving out that we owed an extra month of rent when we were completely paid up to date, and had to provide all receipts for proof. So be sure to keep your receipts for everything as they are either really bad at keeping track or Money hungry, actually I'd say both, Terrible company to deal with. They follow unethical practices and charge illegal fees per tenant for "background checks and applications fees" which is against the law in the City of Boston. Vlad the building owner is also rude and creepy. Avoid dealing with them at all costs. 0 stars.

M.I.R. has a agent Vlad who is lower than dirt. Stay away from this company. Vlad will " try " to do quick flips and, or stall on inspections, lie about times and dates. Not to go into great detail but WARNING STAY AWAY. Dirty dealing lieing piece of work.
