Chris and Chris were in my home to repair a Symmons shower valve and replace a bathroom sink faucet. They showed up in time with text and call to let me know they were on their way. Did an excellent job on on both. Gave me the quote before work began. It was well within my expectations.
They come equipped with covers for their shoes and thoroughly cleaned up after they were done.
I paid with a CC upon completion and was emailed a paid invoice soon after.
We discussed future work that I need to have done and will not hesitate to hire Plumbing Solutions for the jobs.

The Plumbing Solutions team was able to schedule my appointment same day and replace a leaking faucet. Enrique and his support were extremely professional and the quality of work was outstanding. They were on time and completed the work in an hour.

Artie and Chris were professional, hard-working, and caring. They communicated what they would do and were honest about what was necessary to do a good job. We are happy with the installation of our new faucets. Thank you, Artie and Chris!

Plumbing solutions were amazing. I had an issue that needed handling sooner rather than later, I called and they had someone out the next day to assess and then had the repair compete the day after. Chris also gave us an estimate ($5,325) for a much bigger job to correct the no-pitch set-up we currently have for our plumbing system.

I must say I was surprised to see the the $149 service fee being charged, along with the $325 charge for the work done; my bad for not asking about that before we engaged. I thought if a crew came out and evaluated a problem, and we declined to have the fix, then of course we would pay the service fee. But if we did accept the fix, the service fee would be waived. Just saying.

We do plan to act on Chris' estimate over the coming month or two and will contact Plumbing Solutions to set up a day and time for that project.

Called on a Saturday for work on a toilet leak and possible problem with dishwasher water intake ---not a rapid emergency but inconvenient problems that I wanted addressed quickly. They were out on Monday with two terrific plumbers. Confirmed that the dishwasher problem was with the appliance not the plumbing, then fixed the toilet and confirmed that the small leak I saw int eh basement was now fixed. Price felt high but the guys were friendly, very competent, and effective; I'd likely use them again.

Enrique and Tom came to my house to fix a broken circulator pump and replace the air vents in my natural gas boiler + baseboard heat system. They were friendly and professional and they did a great job for a fair price. Enrique even came back the next day to replace one of the fittings that had a defect and was leaking. Thank you for the great work. I'd highly recommend Plumbing Solutions to family, friends, and neighbors.

Yavok called before arriving on time. He was very professional and wore shoe covers to protect our home. We had a very clogged basement/kitchen drain that was backing up. Yakov quickly found the best route to snake the clog. After 2 tries of the snake and an industrial power blaster, the drain was completely cleared. Yakov did a great job! Plumbing Solutions were the only plumbers I called who could arrive the same day. I am very pleased with their service.

Yacov did terrific work with my bathroom remodel. All of his installations look outstanding and work perfectly. In addition, he identified other current and possible future problems with my old plumbing infrastructure and recommended solutions. Great job!

Chris C. and Jake were great! They came to replace an old metal drain sink and an old toilet in my basement. It was a pretty big job. It was a bit more detailed than replacing those items. They were professional and completed the job perfectly! I must say the reason I now always call them is because of a few things. Number 1 is trust. I trust that they always give a fair and reasonable price and the people who work here are true professionals. Thank you to Chris and Jake! Because of professionals like these I’ll keep calling Plumbing Solutions. Excellence at its best!

Edit 2/27/24:
Called Plumbing Solutions over the weekend to request a quote for a dishwasher installation and they were able to schedule technicians within 48 hrs. Yakov and Miguel were super professional! They quoted their work upfront (we also needed some valve replacements underneath the kitchen sink along with a toilet flapper replacement), and while the total was not insignificant, I felt that the overall price quoted was reasonable considering their professionalism, cleanliness, and efficiency. They arrived within the time window specified and finished everything within 3 hours. They also provide a 1-year warranty for their installation work. We are very happy with their work and would not hesitate to call them again in the future if needed!

For previous call in Sept 2023:
Plumbing Solutions was able to send a plumber out the same day I called, and since they couldn’t resolve what we thought was a clogged drain from our washer (turned out to be an electrical issue), they did not charge us for the visit. The plumber was very professional and courteous and took great care to keep the work area clean. Would definitely recommend them!

We had an unexpected issue with our heating system and Enrique was very helpful with explaining our options and calling in back up to have the job completed that day. The team is professional and would certainly use again. Highly recommend!

Enrique was very personable and explained what he was doing and why. Very knowledgeable. I knew having my heating system checked might be a good idea but now I know my system needed maintenance and it will efficiently heat my home and safely keep my family warm. The plumber tried unsuccessfully to resolve the problem with the faucet. However the condition could be repaired and he notified me that the faucet need to be replaced. That will happen in the future. On 2/14/24 Artie K arrived to replace my kitchen sink faucet and was able to fix the problem without replacing it. The plumber from the prior visit, not Artie K, needs additional training.
Because of Artie's knowledge, I saved at least $400.00.

Enrique was a true professional: prompt, informative, and hard-working. He presented us with a range of interventions and helped us consider all the implications. We’ll definitely use Plumbing Solutions again and ask for Enrique!

I had been given a great recommendation from a friend for this company. Everyone I dealt with from the person answering the phone and scheduling the appointment to the very nice gentleman who came to repair the water heater pipe were professional took care of my concerns quickly. I can see why they are highly rated.
