I have bought three properties through Gilmore Murphy Realty and they are managing the rentals for two of them (the third is my primary residence). If their was ever a real estate company that understands ‘white glove service’, they would be it. Buying the properties through them was effortless and they go above and beyond to mange my tenants, even if it isn’t part of our agreement. They automatically start searching for new tenants when the lease comes close to its end etc. I’m at the point where I’ve completely handed my properties over to them and sleep peacefully. Their culture is likely stemming from their owner, Leigh Gilmore, who is just a class act. I’ve referred many friends to them and will continue doing so (why can I not give 6 stars ;).

We had the pleasure of working with Mary(Gilmore Murphy Realty) for a rental in West Roxbury.Throughout the whole process, Mary was very professional and knowledgeable.She helped in marketing the rental unit and finding appropriate tenants and showing them the unit .She also helped in gathering and reviewing all the required documentation from potential applicants to help in the process.
Whether we needed additional time for reviewing the applications or needed more information on a particular tenant, she took it all in stride. She went out of her way to provide us with resources and various options we could consider when deciding and was always available to answer any questions.
