Holiday Inn Boston - Dedham Hotel & Conference Center, an IHG Hotel

My partner and I just stayed here for the weekend. I'm not going to lie, but all the recent negative reviews made my time at Holiday Inn skeptical. I didn't want our money to go to waste. We checked in, check in was smooth, and when we got to our room, the room was really nice and clean. Bed was comfy. No concerns with the room whatsoever. The only complaint we had is that the ac was auto, so in the middle of the night it would turn off while we were asleep, making us uncomfortable. We wanted the ac on consistently. The breakfast was good. It was quiet most of the time. The Bamboo restaurant was great too. We booked the hotel for a getaway for the weekend because we wanted to hang out at Legacy Place. The hotel is at a great location, being near the highway and Legacy. We had a really great stay at the hotel. The lesson here is don't always let the reviews cloud your judgment. See for yourself, then make the judgment. I recommend!

Can’t say enough great things about the staff here! Especially Deb at the front desk. More than friendly and accommodating. Will definitely recommend them going forward :)

Had a good stay here for a few nights. The breakfast was nice, but it felt only slightly better than a normal free breakfast buffet that you would get from a lot of other hotels at this price range, so it didn't really feel like it was worth $13. However, everything else was very nice, and we enjoyed our stay here.

We booked one of the function rooms for a Sweet 16 and I don't have one complaint from process to execution. Allison (exec meeting manager) was super helpful in the planning process from floor lay out to food menu. David, Laura and Debbie were also amazing! We're truly grateful for everyone's helping hands for the special occasion. Thank you all!

Nick and John are some of the best hospitality professionals around, I work on the road and live in hotels for weeks at a time so having happy friendly people that make you feel at home really makes all the difference in the world. John was super accommodating and also helped me give me the confidence to go into Boston via train which was a totally new experience for me. Nick had a great attitude and his friendly demeanor really made me feel at home which was great, I can’t thank these guys enough for how they treated me. One of the best stays I’ve ever had 👍👍

Room was good sized. Corner room with view isn't much from 2nd floor. Mostly concrete. Front Desk and breakfast service was great.

Super clean and a nice modern style. Lots of parking especially if you're driving a U-Haul and a car trailer like I was. Everything smelled so fresh it was a pleasure staying there. Staff were polite and friendly. I did not have the chance to use any of the facilities but I'm sure they're also top notch.

I would highly recommend. I have stayed here numerous times and it’s always been great. The front desk staff are always very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are always clean as well.

Very clean rooms, super friendly staff, great breakfast. Also really convenient to a ton of great shops, restaurants, and movie theater. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this Holiday Inn because I was having surgery at Faulkner Hospital. I was a little worried because it was so inexpensive but my room was clean, warm, and my bed was heavenly! A lovely staff person named Kelly went out of her way for me, offering to check me in early so I wouldn't have to stop at the desk after my surgery. It was great to head straight to my room to relax, nap with the black out blinds drawn, and order some delicious comfort food from the Bamboo Restaurant on site. All in all a wonderful decision to stay there. Highly recommend.

I am a platinum member of Holiday Inn hotel chain. I had to stay in many of their other locations. I have to admit that this location is outstanding! The front desk staff is extremely friendly and professional. I didn't have to even remind them about upgrade of my room I am eligible for. I was given a top-notch suite with a huge patio! The location of the hotel is very convenient. There are many restaurants, pharmacies and shops around. There is an awesome Whole Foods store close to it. It is close to Boston and just an hour and a half away from Cape Cod.
I got more then I expected and I really enjoyed my stay! Thank you for your great job!

My husband and I Begin our five month vacations here at the Holiday Inn at Dedham, MA.
Since the moment we arrived at night time Friday night, the night team front desk excited our expectations, fast, respectful, organized. Through my experience for the weekends, I used the (DND) at my door, Housekeeper respectfully made sure we had everything we need. Once again The Woman and the Gentleman both well carry, professional, kind provide for us; plates, silvers, and help us picking snacks at the Lobby.

I just wanna take a few minutes to address the NIGHT team and HOUSEKEEPERS by telling them…

I was not staying at the hotel but I did need to obtain a car rental. The rental desk is right in the main lobby. The staff both at the hotel desk and the rental desk were incredibly helpful and polite. The lobby seemed very welcoming and clean. I would not hesitate to rent a room here in the future due to my experience.

Great place, perfect location and the friendliest staff you can find anywhere. Sean and the older gentleman at the desk who's name I never got are the perfect example of what customer service used to be. And should be still. Sadly it's far from true. I stay at more places than I'd like. And I'd definitely feel better if everywhere had such kind staff. That's the problem these day's. People don't understand that their job is more than surface deep. You are at any given moment the face or representative of the brand you were given the opportunity to represent. Thank you guys again. And I'll see you again soon.

We used Holiday Inn in Dedham to host us and our some of our out of town wedding guests. Allison was excellent to work with and the staff was super accommodating! 10/10 recommend!

The indoor pool was heated and great! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with so many options for the buffet. We stayed a night with a 3 year old and a 2 year old and they loved it as well!

I stayed in a super clean room with fabulous sheets and pillows. Wonderful mattress. Clean clean clean. The breakfast food and service was excellent and friendly. I was so happy there and would definitely go back if in the area again.

The rooms were very nice and clean and the staff was extremely Pleasant. One staff member by the name of Noel was exceptional in the breakfast area. The entire room was impeccably clean organized and he was very friendly.

We love this place for what it is: a convenient, economical, comfortable place to stay when we come back to Boston for business (having retired to the Berkshires). It has a swimming pool and an adjacent top-class pan-Asian restaurant in Bamboo. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. My 5 stars are for getting all that we need and want, not for "unnecessary luxury."
