Our beloved aunt had the foresight to make her pre-arrangements many decades ago. When she passed away recently, Bisch met every commitment and then some. We appreciate their care, professionalism and integrity. It made this difficult time so much easier.

I am beyond grateful for Phillip and his team. We needed to find a funeral home for my sister in laws family. After calling 6 funeral homes and multiple conversations, I felt we were going to be in excellent hands with Phillip just from our phone call. I am a licensed Mortician out of Michigan, and I felt that Phillip was the guy to serve our family. He went above and beyond making sure that all the moving parts came together as seamless as possible. Caring, loving, patient, hardworking, diligent, and timely are a few words that describe Phillip and his team at the funeral home. My experience with Bisch &Son Funeral Home was exceptionally. Considering the tragic loss of my son, the entire team has made the experience as easy as possible and have dealt with me and my family with compassion, dignity and respect. In my time of grief their compassion, patience and empathy eased my mind that the right people where handling and caring for my child during this difficult time from the first time we spoke. I cannot thank the entire team enough for everything that you have done for us including going above and beyond for us during this overwhelming amd difficult time.

A thousand kudos to Phillip and his staff for the wonderful care and honor they paid to our dad. From the initial meeting where it was obvious that our needs were being met and our questions were being answered, we were given immediate access to whomever we needed to talk to, and the responses were timely and always courteous. BISCH took care of everything. They assisted with local florists and the arrangements for the visitation and funeral home were beautiful. Almost the entire family and many others that came to the visitation and funeral were traveling long distances to be there for Dad and our family. Phillip and company planned and carried out an incredible catered meal to make sure our loved ones were fed before they began their trips home.

Every phone call was met with positivity and genuine care. Kate is to be applauded for all she did for our family. She was never too busy to return a call or check on procedures, and without fail, she took care of things immediately. She is an amazing representative for BISCH. She kept me sane.

It is without reservation that I give a 5-star rating to BISCH Funeral Home. Their service and care are to be commended.

My father recently passed away, and my Grandmother, God bless her sweet soul, had arranged all funeral proceedings for him years before while she was still alive. Bisch & Son handled everything, and made the entire ordeal much easier to bear not having to worry about it. This also included a military service at Camp Butler. With siblings located in four different states and unable to travel to Springfield due to the pandemic, this funeral home was more than accommodating while handling every detail without exception. This is the third time we have used the services through Bisch & Son. We have always been treated like family. Questions and concerns were always answered in a timely manner. I love the fact they are with you for the long run. Our last experience we had a cremation. No matter how long after, we can bring the urn back and have it opened for jewelry, memorial spreading, ect. and resealed for no extra cost.

I can’t say enough how passionate the staff were during this difficult time. Phil was very understanding when I made a couple of changes to mom’s obituary. My family has used Bisch and Sons for many years. Mom’s services were perfect. Thank you all!

Above professional if that is possible and getting the call that Bisch had our loved one in their care and out of the hospital gave us such peace of mind. It was as if to say, "now family had them and they were being taken care of." Clinical is cold. Bisch is warm and family.
