AT&T Store

Upgrade phones ATT representative Neco (Springfield IL) was extremely polite and professional. He resolved all of my concerns and issues. He's an excellent representative of AT&T.

Want to say thank you to Rich who went over and above to help me clear up a frustrating bill problem I was having with my WiFi service. He also noted that I was paying more for that service than needed and corrected that error as well! So, his extra efforts saved me time, frustration and money. Rich was also patient and listened well to my concerns. Excellent service! I would recommend your store based on this one encounter with a very good employee. Keep it up!

I’ve visited this branch of AT&T several times over the past six years for one reason or another, and found the current customer service representatives to be very professional and knowledgeable, especially the young lady. My partner and I were in and out of the store quickly, and much to our satisfaction!

Leanne was most helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate the professionalism and friendliness at the store.

6th street att. Lena is a great customer service representative for this company and deserves to be recognized for her kindness and caring to the customers that she assists. She will answer all of your questions and not make you feel stupid. She is AWESOME!!!!💚💛💜💙❤🥰

Literally one of the best experiences I've ever had. Lexi was incredibly friendly, helpful, and all around a joy to be helped by. Both my mom and I came in separately on different days, and we both had her, and we both agree she has some of the best customer service we've ever experienced!

Coming from someone who works in customer service, I feel it’s important for positive experiences to be recognized.
The manager and his staff were very helpful and answered all my questions. I’m not a tech person at all so I felt very comfortable asking the questions I needed to get answered. Glad to see employee's who demonstrate great customer service!

Jayden at the 6th street store was very helpful. She worked with me to find the best deal for my mom. She worked with me to put the phone in her name. Att does not make that process easy at all but she worked us through it. And told us of another resource that may reduce my moms phone payment. 5 stars for Jayden!

The customer care that I received was exceptional. The girl that waited on me accidentally broke my screen protector and she insisted on buying me a new one. I felt bad taking it from her. She even put the new screen protector on my phone. Excellent customer service she provided. 10/10 service.

We needed a reliable service and chose to go with at&t it had been awhile since we had an actual contract with a reputable carrier. We were very fortunate to get a hold of Emily and she was able to get get us all set up with new phones and accessories she even got our home internet straightened out. She was very open, honest and patient dealing with all my questions and concerns. We need more people to carry such professionalism and courtesy as that of the members of this at&t location. Keep up the good work.

Been put through the ringer with ATT and nobody could offer me a reasonable solution or even make an attempt to actually help. That was until I went into 6th St. and met the store manager Jalen that guy was A++++!!!! Dont waste your time going to any other ATT store or you'll be severely disappointed. Especially the store on Wabash the store managers up there are straight up clowns! They don't care about you or you issues the only thing they exist for is to try and make some commissions on selling new lines. Worst customer experience I've had anywhere in a long time.

Kaylee was very kind. She helped me save money on my internet and tv bill. Definitely recommend her and this AT&T store.

Was in this store July 21 to have my email changed back & info over to a new phone I didn’t buy there( though I’ve had service through AT&T for along time).
I had this new phone almost a week before I could get any help elsewhere with activation & transfer.
Kirsten; didn’t hesitate to help me knowing this. She didn’t understand why I was put off or turned away elsewhere. Even as they started to get busy she kept working on my phone till I let her move onto the next customer. Her coworker or manager also seemed to be very patient & helpful with the people she was with no matter what age, race; etc…everyone seemed to get the best customer service.
Back in store again early Feb. 22 to activate an iPad bought from ATT
Lexie helped me do this & set up. She was 1 of the co workers.
I mentioned above. She said her motto is the Golden Rule; & she puts this into action.
Jaelyn sp.? is the manager & is very welcoming.

Very helpful staff. No wait. Fixed everything smooth and quick and we were on our way. Best AT&T location I've been to!
Forgot to add... Even with COVID, masks, multiple customers, phones ringing, all employees there that day maintained a level of composure and professionalism that was super impressive.

I went into the store today and Noah was my assistant. I had a ton of questions and concerns and he was immensely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and addressed my issues and more! I thought customer service had died but Noah renewed my faith! GREAT JOB!!!

Dropped by the 6th Street store in Springfield, IL Saturday morning, and received the best service imaginable with Clint. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The store was quite busy, so I expected I'd have a wait, however, he greeted me and offered assistance before I even got to the counter. Clint explained and showed me how to use several features on my new phone, transferred my contacts, added windows, and also helped sync it to my car, which was above and beyond what I expected. I appreciated all he did, and would highly recommend this location if you're needing AT & T service. It was outstanding.

To start off I have been to many AT&T stores, and normally I make sure I have time to wait. This store I walked in and with in just a couple minutes Noah was there to help.
He did a great job and all helped with several things. Very helpful, and everyone was pleasant.
I will be back.

I was greeted by Bill today immediately upon entering the store. I came in to pre-order the iPhone 7. He helped me choose the right data package and even helped me add my state employee discount. Great service!
