Miserable customer service. Twice called and asked about prescriptions. Was told they didn’t have it- but they did just the front desk worker couldn’t look it up and didn’t tell me that. Called to get a refill, was told it would be ready later. Go by to pick it up and I was out of refills- they faxed the doc but can’t tell me when. When you ask them why it’s so bad, the basic answer is “it’s what every one does”. So really it’s just mediocrity is the best we do; zero excellence in their work.
