There's a very polite, friendly and extremely helpful young lady that works the Front-end and her name is Bridget Madison.. I want to personally thank Bridget for her hard work and dedication. God bless y'all

Nice store. Clean, well stocked, great selection. Meat Department has good quality steaks and other items. Cashiers are friendly and quick.

This Winn-Dixie is my favorite grocery store. I actually find their produce better than Publix. I also find my total grocery bill is less at Winn-Dixie then at Publix for the same items.

It's a grocery store. I mean, I've been shopping here since I was a kid so... 20+ years? Never had an issues. Usually not out of stock of anything though I wish they'd carry more of the "zero" sodas. They usually only have 1-2 cases left when i get there.

It has been awhile since I had been in a Winn-Dixie. Small store but had almost everything. Just one disappointment, if you are looking for Tres Leches cake you will not get what is a true Tres Leches cake here. Other than that was a convenient store to shop at.

Very convenient! Great selection of brands. Shain at the pharmacy is the reason I always went to this store.

I really enjoy shopping at Winn-Dixie 5 POINTS East.Plus I do my pramacy there also.The staff is always so helpful and kind.Plus I love their bargains and the points helps out so much when shopping.i just love how helpful they of in all department there.Thank you Winn-Dixie

Love this store for food quality and availability.

I was in the 5 Points location looking to get some steaks for the 4th of July. There was an issue with the stores meat cutter and he did not come in. The managers and other staff in the meat dept. were so helpful and kind. There was a very helpful woman that I think was the manager over the meat dept. I wish I had gotten her name. She took my number and called me with an update when the other meat cutter would get there. She actually took my order and said as soon as they got there she would have them prepare my order and then would text me. Well a few hours later , true to her word, she texts me that my order is ready. She kept apologizing and thanking me for my patience and understanding. She is truly an asset to Winn Dixie. I just wanted to let people know that shopping at this Winn Dixie is great, they have great customer service and all the employees are so helpful and kind.

This is my favorite place to shop. Prices are reasonable quality it great, and customer service is awesome. Thank you to the staff for kind friendly and professional service.

Ran in at 5pm Wed before Thanksgiving. Lot was full, place was packed. But shelves were stocked, except for hot foods (fried chicken, which was cleaned out!). Store was clean. Worried they might be out of the few things I wanted (milk, potatos, canned green beans, onion, a little cheese ball), but they had plenty of everything. (As well as shrimp & many types of eggnog.)
Also, checkouts were full when I walked in. Sort of dreaded trying to leave. But there were lots of cashiers. And most people were like me, making a small run for a few things and lines moved quickly. Cashier was tried but friendly. Relieved it was not a nightmare. Kudos to WD for keeping things clean, stocked & staffed on Thanksgiving Eve.

I stopped by Winn-Dixie around 7 am today. I was greeted by an employee. Very nice!! Not many people inside at this time of day. I would prefer to shop for groceries during a time like this. Nice and quiet. I give this shopping experience 5 thumbs up. 👍👍👍👍👍

I just wish they had a cart return close by the handicap parking so folks wont leave carts in the way or have to walk half way across the parking lot to return the cart

Always excellent as far as deals and variety of grocery shopping and the staff goes out of their way to help you with anything, great customer service.
