Went in to buy a gas stove and the gentleman who helped us was fantastic. He even saved me money by showing me a dented discount priced smart stove that was open box and half the price. Paid 750ish. My wife absolutely loves it. We picked up same day but a few days later someone called asking me to come pick up my stove. I did inform them I already got it. Could have been an issue if someone gave a free stove away after picking theirs up. But other than that the store is always fantastic and very helpful if I ever need it. Definitely prefer them over Lowes especially all the company does for veterans

Home Depot off of Veterans Memorial in Tuscaloosa is always clean and stocked. The lumber section seems to have a hard time with straight material specifically 2x4’s. Staff for the most part are friendly. It’s conveniently located in the center of town.

Carmen in flooring did awesome!!!! Saved my life im making decisions alone and she saved my home.

They delivered a washer and installed for me today, and I would recommend them. They were on time and got everything done quickly!

I Iike Home Depot better than the blue store, but there isn't one in Northport. So whenever I'm in Tuscaloosa, I'll come here. I have to admit, I'm addicted to the color orange, and this is the best place for that fix. 🤷‍♂

Michael, in the paint department, was not only knowledgeable but very friendly, helpful and efficient. It truly helps me get my home projects done when I have someone like Michael eager to help. Kim, one of the “self checkout” assistants, was also very friendly and helpful. I want to give Michael and Kim a special thanks for making my shopping much more enjoyable and productive 👍☺

As a contractor this is the place to go their protest is so helpful I never had one issue

I was shopping for some paint for my deck and the young lady who helped me was super helpful and she was so nice. Big change from the other place in town. The other place always seems understaffed and there is no one who knows anything without looking it up on their phone, I can do that all by myself.

The store manager Randy and his staff went above and beyond when I needed help with a rug / flooring issue for my daughter on move in day at Bama. I had to fly home and had limited time. I can’t believe how kind and helpful he was and his staff that assisted me were great! Thank you so much for your help today!

The only big box stores I go to for home-improvement stuff and tools and I’m a contractor I also got some awesome programs for contractors

I came to color match some paint, and the woman working in the paint department was extremely helpful! I wasn’t able to get a dime sized piece of the paint, only tiny chips, but she was still able to make it work and helped me out so much! Wonderful customer service, and very patient staff

Received five star service today !Shout out to Tracy who was working in the hardware dept and went above and beyond to help me secure just the right bracket I needed. He tried two different areas, isles apart to help me get exactly what I needed. So nice to have such helpful employees who will help you regardless if it's in their department or not! Thanks Tracy - I really appreciated your help! Home Depot needs to recognize this young man as valued employee.

5 star for the customer service lady (I wish I had got her name), had an issue where I had ordered a heater bout a month and half ago..... simply told the lady I'm tired of waiting and need the money back. She made a call right then "found out item was never even shipped" apologized and refunded me.
