Great Customer Service. They always take care of what I need. They also share the latest deals being offered. I have bought 8 phones from this location

My rep at ATT was prompt, personable, knowledgeable, and she went above and beyond helping me. My interaction with this rep at my last visit was an extremely positive visit, and she is a definite asset to AT&T. I was very satisfied.

Cece was so helpful today at AT&T. She was knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had about trading in my phone. She showed me different options, and helped make sure I chose the best option for myself. She was kind and attentive. Whitley also helped and was so upbeat and knowledgeable as well! Couldn’t be happier with the service I was provided today. Thank you so much!

I had stopped by the McFarland store earlier and they acted like I wasn't even there. When I walked in to this store just to look, Whitley greeted me as soon as I walked in. She was extremely helpful and because of her, I decided to upgrade right then. I plan on using this store from now on.

I cannot say enough positive things about Whitney Taylor, and her team at the five points Cottondale AT&T store. Several months ago I fell prey to advertising saying they could reduce my cell phone bill so I switched to another carrier. It didn’t work. The other carrier couldn’t even connect to my location. So I went back to AT&T who helpfully ported my three numbers back to them and got me going. They performed anThey performed all the requisite tests, calling the numbers and then performing outgoing calls on the numbers and all three worked. Unbeknownst to me, the other carrier that I had temporary switched to grabbed one of my numbers back refusing to release it. I didn’t know until people began to tell me that they got messages that my phone was disconnected. So I went to the AT&T store. Whitney and her team spent three hours telephoning the other carrier, the AT&T carrier and working with me to get my number back . Lots of hoops had to be jumped, but they were amazing. They were patient, they were kind. While I was there, several other people came in with difficult issues. The store team didn’t bat an eyelash. They worked diligently to help each customer with the issue no matter how difficult it was. They are definitely my go to store for wireless communication.

Whitley was very helpful as well as the rest of the staff in helping me in every way possible and she also did it in a timely manner! Outstanding customer service‼She definitely deserves the position she holds with AT&T. ❤

Whitley & Shay were absolutely wonderful and patient. I came in with the issue of porting over a corporate number from a different carrier. They worked with me to get the clearance that I needed to port over the number that has been in use over 20 years. They worked around my schedule and even called to check to see if the number was ported. Note to self - next time bring phone to store especially if subsequent visits are needed. They are truly the best.

Robin is an EXCELLENT AT&T representative! I was at the store for TWO hrs., while speaking with the warranty dept., I witnessed Robin as she took care of other AT&T customers, AND trying to resolve my issues at the same time. All the while, she was (sell, sell, sell) informing customers of accessories and suggesting suitable phone plans for their family.
It’s only due her kindness and understanding, thT I did not cancel my almost a decade of service with AT&T!!

Let me start off by saying I'm really big on leaving reviews about customer service! So this may be a long one! Lol! This store is by far the best AT&T location in Tuscaloosa! The consultants are so helpful and I really liked how quickly they acknowledged me when I walked in. They were a bit busy, but they still greeted me and assured me that they will assist me as soon as someone became available. This is very rare because other busy locations would just write my name down and leave me high and dry. I just really appreciate how Robin, Terri, and Justin were attentive to each customer. When it was my turn to be assisted, I talked to the manager Terri about an issue with my phone. She was quite delightful and I was able to upgrade my phone to the iphone xs Max. I want to give a special Thank you to Robin for giving me a tutorial on how to use it! She's the Iphone Pro in the store lol! I was coming from an old samsung so I needed some tips. All while upgrading my phone and having small talk, Terri discovered I was paying entirely too much for Xfinity. I was wowed at seeing how I will be saving by switching to Directv! now i have an installation set in a few days! Thank you all so much! I will be back!

And helped me find the least inexpensive way to move into the galaxy s8 plus when I come back on July 13 they handled my phone and TV and soon they'll move two more phones to my new account . Thanks
