Caramel Brulée from the Starbucks inside wasn't the greatest, but the items I got from Barnes & Noble were great!! We got the Hello Kitty & Friends magnet set 😍🌼🌸

As far as this specific location (Tuscaloosa) goes, it's great. The employees are friendly and helpful and the store is clean, organized, and well stocked. So much to choose from. Barnes and Noble as a whole is overpriced, but the Tuscaloosa store experience makes it worth browsing anyway.

Honestly I never thought I would give this place a 5-star review. But one employee-- Chad-- made this shopping trip today with my mom delightful! Sure it's a giant bookstore, with lots of gifts and toys and even a Starbucks. But what makes a great (vs terrible) experience for consumers is the *service.* The good attitude, pleasant mood, focused attention, and positive, friendly, professional energy from Chad made this an enjoyable venture. People tend to spend money where they feel happy. So we'll be back!

Wonderful bookseller. Conducive for reading and you can get some coffee and night snack along inside the place. Beautiful.

Great selection of crossword puzzle books! Actually compares to Amazon's offering. Neat and orderly store.

Each time that i am able to make a stop here, i always find exactly what i didnt know exactly that i needed.

I've had to have the desk assistants help me a few times when i was seeking a specific title. Each time, even when i couldn't remember the exact authors name, they were very friendly and helpful, and got me to directly what i was searching for.

I've also had to order an out of stock title, which the staff and the desk, again, very helpful and knowledgeable, made it quick and easy to get my book ordered and on its way to the store. They told me a week, it would be in, but it only took like 2 days to get there, and when it arrived, i I received a phone call, letting me know that my title was in store and ready for pick up.

No matter what your into, if its not on the shelf, the staff will make sure it will be on the way in no time at all.

Not only am i a huge Barnes n Noble fan, I'm very adamant about this store, because of the atmosphere and that is due to the staff, which in turn, makes it a comfortable environment for its customers.

I try to encourage others to stop for a visit and check out the cool titles and other things that they have. I I try to bring a friend along, each time i visit, and I've received a many "Thank You for bringing me here".

Its a very cool and thoughtful store...they do need more power outlets...simply not enough!

Loved this location. Super friendly staff. Very helpful. I think this is my favorite Tuscaloosa location of Barnes and Noble. Highly recommend.

It was a pleasure to shop here. We found what we were looking for...and a few other things.

Love this bookshop and cafe. They currently have shortened hours, probably because of Covid-19. When I walked in close to closing time, they still helped me find the book I was looking for. Very grateful for their efficient and helpful customer service.

It's always a wonderful place. Beautifully decorated with appealing offers year-round.

I went to the store just to look around and I was so excited to see all the books they had in there...I walked around for hours I was like a kid in a candy store...They are so friendly and nice they even helped me order a book that was not in the store the same day and said they will call me when it gets ..it's all true I received my book 7 days later ...I recommend going to this store ..if you have children or grandchildren or just want to go and relax and read a book !! Please go to the place ..I WILL BE GOING BACK SOON ...!!!..Thanks for suck an awesome experience...."Go buy a book"

Good place to read and drink Starbucks coffee. Only thing I don't like is all the dope heads that hang around.

I love 💘 this bookstore it is my favorite book store. It's worth the drive , something for everyone, children's book section , toys, book for the whole family. It is just the best book store anywhere. It is worth the hour drive . They also have great gifts for anyone . A coffee shop with sandwiches, cakes , treats. It's the big book store in midtown plaza . Best Barnes and Noble book store anywhere. I love it.
