CVS

After a completely hectic day, 2 kids emergencies for two different reasons, my mind was scattered. I went into CVS to get 2 prescriptions filled, ended up finding out my new insurance isn’t covered there, I “lost” my sons scripts. I went down the road to try and get them filled some where else and couldn’t find them when I got there. I called and went back and retraced my steps, searched my purse 100 times, searched the parking lot, my truck, went in and out of the store like 5 times looking for them and then got a call from CVS saying they went back and reviewed the tapes and it looked like I folded them and put them in my wallet, and that is just where I found them! Great customer service for a mama who was officially freaking out knowing my baby was in pain, the doctor closed at 30 minutes ago, and there was NOTHING I could do to take away his pain! So grateful, so pleased!!

The CVS in cottondale was very helpful to me yesterday when I went in to pick up my prescriptions. I had been up all night with a stomach bug, and was ready to go home and sleep it off. The pharmacist Isaac was VERY friendly and quick to check my prescription for me. The techs were also friendly as well! Will definitely be returning to this pharmacy.

Always friendly. Usually quiet. Never crowded except at the pharmacy window.

I will NOT be back in your store again!!!! SOOOO unprofessional, dressed in street clothes & one guy wearing a ball cap turned around on his head!!! NO white jacket to distinguish a pharmacist. Wondering who’s in charge at this store?? Has happened 3 times recently. I will be transferring my business to another drug store that is NOT CVS….c-ya!!
Sorry, I just looked up CVS rating on Consumer Reports. CVS is next to LAST on their national ranking. It was MY FAULT for expecting too much from this store!! HOW DARE I!!
In any case, we’re D.O.N.E.

After having to feel like I'm begging for antibiotics that my doctor prescribed for me, I feel it's time for a change. I will be having my and my husbands prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy. They don't take their jobs seriously. Also have sent me the wrong dose of one medication.

Sign on pharmacy says open Sunday at 11am. I showed up at 10:30am, saw the sign, and decided to wait it out. Store associates let me sit back there for the full 30 minutes before telling me the pharmacy would be closed the whole day. Would’ve been nice to put that on the sign or to at least tell me when I sat down to wait.

The slowest CVS Pharmacy drive-thru I've ever encountered. I sat in line for 15+ minutes.

This pharmacist is an idiot. She told CVS Caremark "she didn't have time" to run a prescription lol
