They had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful. The price ws fair. This is a good store. I'd shop here again. Happy home reparing.

I had another pleasant shopping experience at this Home Depot in Mattoon a couple of days ago. I have not once had a bad shopping experience here. The store is stocked, clean and the prices are better than or highly competitive with others like it. Where this Home Depot shines is in the people who work there. Whenever I have needed assistance, a staff member was close at hand. There are many staff members walking the floor asking if one needs assistance and/or just being pleasant. I have found everyone to be friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It makes a big difference in where one chooses to shop when one is made to feel a valued customer.

I had a faulty do DeWalt weed eater which is very uncommon from DeWalt products but The customer representative Carlos made exchanging it for another weed eater extremely easy. He made my day thank you Carlos

With home depot you don't have to worry about them having it.. they have pretty much everything. A pleasant security. I love going there.
Just always buy more than anticipated. Great people. Great place.

There are usually way more employees on the floor than it seems like there's work to be done, but that's a big advantage if you need help. Store is clean and well stocked, and we've never had an issue with returns for an overbuy on a project.

This location had a great selection of plants and lawn care equipment when i visited. The associate that helped me was very knowledgeable about lawncare in general and made suggestions that have really helped me. I will definitely continue shopping here, the location is very convenient for me.

Like every other home Depot I've been in, it was very well stocked, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Especially the lady who helped me in the cabinet department. She was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable about her product. I think she told me she had been there at that store for 18 years. That in itself says a lot about the business.

Home Depot has a large selection of products. They offer shipping, in-store shopping, curbside service, and in-store pickup. They have competitive prices and a larger selection than many other similar types of stores. If you order something online for pickup they will usually hold it for about 7 days. It is a good store if you are in need of products from home repair to a major construction job. I encourage you to try them out if you have one nearby.

I have never had a bad experience in the store. Every employee has always been super helpful to us. We always appreciate them taking the time to help us with plumbing issues or any other issues we may have to save us a dollar

They always have the best deals on paint that is better quality than other local places, not only that the staff is quick to help find what you need but their true hospitality brings me so much joy as it's a service alot of people have forgotten while trying to make a quick buck.

I have had a great experience at Home Depot every time I have gone there! I have bought multiple large appliances there, and any questions had before the purchase was made were answered eloquently, and quickly. I love the layout of their store as well, and there are always plenty of employees around if you need help. I would definitely recommend visiting this Home Depot! They have plenty of the more popular brands of large appliances too!

Great, low prices on many items. Friendly, helpful staff and items are easy to find! I also love their online shopping, so many great deals and decorative items!! A great place to do everything from build a home to decorate it to fix things!! I bought a new washer and dryer set here and they even price matched it with Sam's Club! Such great people!

My wife and I were at home Depot looking for paint we found exactly what we were wanting and the young man (George) that helped us was great if you're looking for paint I would recommend home Depot.

I needed 6 more bags of decorative stone that the Home Depot in Champaign was sold out of. They had it here but it wasn’t put into the stock location yet. The customer service young lady was very helpful and located it and we got it loaded. I’ve also been looking for just 3 cedar fence pickets to repair my fence. They had those here too. Awesome! Win Win! Worth the drive from Champaign.

Customer service at this location is fantastic, easily the best across the entire chain. The rest of the store is on par, which is pretty good.

Claudia was extremely nice and helpful today when I needed help finding something. Also the gentleman without the nametag who helped me load my new stove was very helpful as well. Overall good experience
