AT&T Store

Shout out to Grant that works at the Mattoon location. He helped my girls get their own lines and address any and all questions and concerns for them and my account. I highly recommend the Mattoon location and Grant. He makes it stress free.

Your rep at the Mattoon Illinois store is the biggest asset you have at AT&T. He took so much time explaining all the advantages of your services. I came from 20 years at Verizon so it was very refreshing to be able to talk to a person. He was awesome!

I recently switched over from Verizon to AT&T. Best choice I’ve made; fast service and much cheaper plans available. Blaine was my sales associate and he was fantastic. He explained my trade in, got me a free Apple Watch, and also a discount for working in the healthcare field. I highly recommend this store; friendly, fast and great customer service.

As always, everyone's experience is different with DIFFERENT PEOPLE HERE. This has been a good place of business so far for me. With certain people having great quality customer service and some there just for the money 💰. AT&T is still a great company and I appreciate the people that work there, that give great customer service(Good will always come back to you). I do also appreciate the ones there for the paycheck, even if the attitude isn't there, maybe they just haven't found a job they're wanting for themselves. Received a new phone on a insurance claim. Called AT&t customer service spent 2 hours on the phone talk to 6 people and was hung up on twice still could not get the phone turned on.
I walked into the Mattoon AT&t store and within 10 minutes the phone was turned on and I was on my way.

Went in to get new phone. Only 1 employee working but she was FANTASTIC! Store was busy with 3 other customers besides myself. Kasey was so efficient and capable that she took care of everyone in such a friendly way, that the wait seemed short. Perfect example of above and beyond customer service.

Sabian and Jesse helped me in my recent upgrade/ purchase. They were professional and courteous to me and every customer that came into the store.

Sabian went above and beyond to help us rectify a situation that ATT created. He stayed late, made multiple phone calls to corporate and creatively solved our problem so we could get home. Thank you, Sabian!!

Amanda is absolutely amazing. So helpful, patient and kind. There is a reason she has the position she does. I will refer all of my friends and family now. It’s nice to have someone that actually cares in this business.

Amanda and Elijah were both knowledgeable and very helpful to get us up and running with new phones. They even called after we had left with a solution to a problem. Kindness rates high in our book and they both have it!

The customer service is amazing there. They try whatever they can to help you out. We worked with Gary, Kyrie, and Michael. They all three were very respectful and explained everything to us. Things may of not worked the way we planned, but they were very patient and courteous. I recommend this store to anyone who is searching for a phone service.

Gary seems to be able to do what was impossible for the Flagship store AT&T on Michigan Avenue in Chicago. Just wanted to port my old home phone number to replace my cellphone number as I had the home number for years and was moving I wanted to keep it. Gary W. Got it done!
