Great customer service and very quick and knowledgeable about everything! Our salesman was Pat Renfro, he is very respectful, professional, and was attentive to my needs as a customer. I would recommend K.C. Summers nissan to anyone looking to find a new or used car!

Just came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Having just purchased the car about three months ago it was free and quickly taken care of. The young man who brought the car back out to me could not have been nicer or more friendly. Also informative about future service for the car. Appreciated it.

I went in for a routine oil change and to fix a recall issue. Both services was done that day in a timely matter. Everyone was polite and courteous. It's always a pleasure seeing Jessica (sales associate) she sold me my vehicle awhile back. I would recommend going here to buy and service your vehicle

This was our first experience with K.C. Summers. I was thrilled with the service department - I was greeted as soon as I entered the service department- I was quickly escorted to the lounge area, which was very comfortable. The service was performed quickly and they came in and got me from the lounge. All the people I met in the dealership were friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be returning when I need work on our Nissan vehicles

Carson was helpful in the phone with an issue with my daughter’s car. He listened and helped even though I didn’t buy the car there and it had warranty at a different local dealership. It meant so much to me. Then I had the recall done at the South store and he was still the kind and knowledgeable employee that you should be so proud to have at your dealership. He made such a difference in my experience!!

From calling KC Summers on a Wednesday to picking up my 2019 Expedition the next day, my experience was awesome. Jessica was nothing short of amazing to help close the deal. First time customer! For years I had heard nothing but good things about the dealership, but had not had the opportunity to visit. Had a recall on my Nissan and KC Summers was closest for repair. Also had oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was genuinely nice, which is incredibly difficult to find anymore in the customer service world. I actually told my dad that I will be purchasing my next vehicle from KC Summers just because of the level of service I was given at this visit!

Loved the no pressure! Bob went out of his way for us and made sure we got to test drive all the vehicles we had in mind. This was a dreaded experience turned great! KCSummers is now our go to dealership!

quoted accurately, fixed in reasonable time, gave me a very nice loaner, got my car back as clean or cleaner than I brought it in. They also did an inspection for no charge.

I was very appreciate of how quickly they got my vehicle in considering the holiday. The staff was very informative of what was wrong with my vehicle. The gentleman I worked with was very compassionate during that time. Overall , I

Ricky was amazing! He was able to get me a rental so I didn’t have to stress about work. They acted like it was no big deal to get my car towed. Then added new tires while my car was already in. Will always deal with the Nissan store simply for customer service.

The agent made the experience very great…he scan my car the first time when there wasnt any technician available. The explanation was very understandable. I’ll be back when I need service.

Isaac is a very nice and not pushy salesman. I appreciate that the most. The finance person, Doug, was extremely patient, kind and has a cool sense of humor. Our purchase kept him very late and we very much appreciated it. He also was able to figure out some difficult license plate issues.
Isaac has been available after the sale to answer questions and find information that is not in the manual. He is going the extra mile in my opinion. Both of these men have goes the extra mile in different ways and I appreciate all they did and are doing. Thank you for having such outstanding people on your team.

I asked them to do a extra thing for me. Put on my new license plates. Not only did the nice young man put them on for me but he gave me new plate holders for the nissian and they say K.C.Summers very nice
