Rent One

I usually don't leave reviews but this store definitely deserve where credit is due, absolutely wonderful customer service explained everything to me from a to b, worked with me with my biweekly income which was plus by itself! Delivery was just as awesome! Was fast careful and respectful of my home. I highly recommend if you need to buy some home goods these guys definitely deserve first dibs and see what they can help you with!

Always there for me when I need them, very understanding and helps with payments if an emergency comes up! Have been renting from them for a few years and will continue to do so!! Thank you!!

The staff are supper nice, they make sure you get the best deal on what you want. And if they don't have what you need they find one. I just started renting from them.... so far so good....

The customer service I received from both Brad and Racheal is outstanding. I told her what I wanted and she had just what I was looking for. The process was so smooth and was done in a timely matter.
The delivery process went extremely well also. Brad was very helpful.
Definitely go back to these guys if I need to!

They are a friendly group of people who are willing to help in any way they can to get you want you want or need. I went in to the store today to make a payment, I was a day late, I'm never late, and they didn't even comment on that fact. Rent One employees are just great and very helpful. I have rented from them for over a year now, have paid off 1 item and working on paying off 2 more, almost have 1 more paid off..... Rachel is pretty cool!!! Kiddos team!!!!! Love the Mattoon, Illinois store.

Giving a shout out to Brad and Lamont at the Mattoon store. They delivered my mattress/electric bed, and electric recliner over the weekend and provided excellent service. They were friendly, efficient, and made sure that everything was set-up and working properly before they left. Highly recommend this store!

The management team and employees are genuinely helpful if you ever need it. The prices are a little much, but that’s not their fault at all. They help you when you need it, are understanding and extremely polite and professional in everything they do. I’m very grateful for the quality and quantity of their services!

I have never had a problem with getting something from there when it was national rent one or whatever it was called I forgot, that's why I went back to get my TV.

I went in today not knowing what to expect because I'd never done rent to own before. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Explained everything to me, walked me step by step through the whole process. I'm so excited to get my new rocker/recliner on Tuesday!! I'm sure i will get a lot of use out of it 😊 Thanks gentlemen you all did a great job!!
