Sign up for email coupons as there are new ones every week as well as notices for new products with detailed information. Quality of Harbor Freight has come up in the last 20 years and there mid and high end lines are worth comparing to much more expensive brands Makita, Dewalt, and Honda (generators). Highly reccomend for do it yourself and proessionals looking to save while adding decent qualit tools to their hoard... I meant collection. They do still caryy lines of tools that should not even remotely be used on a daily basis, but may work out just fine for the once every in a while but used gently.

If u have the insiders track club membership, then it makes driving all the way there worth! The membership paid itself off with literally my first purchase! Also, the employers can't be anymore amazing than they already are!

I was in there today and they were very polite gently offering assistance. Clean store, bathrooms and staff.

Probably the most incredible staff I have ever met when it comes to retail very informative when it came to corporate policies when other locations in 100 mile radius were not. Huge shout out to the Manager here she helped me locate both of my tool boxes when Urbana just fed me lies. You guys earned my business for good even though it’s over a hour drive oppose to the 5 minute store around the corner. Well worth the travel.

Got what I needed and a good deal also

I have only been once so far, but I was very happy with their prices and customer service. We got some beautiful (and great quality) solar lights for our gardens and they were priced well (and they were all on sale on top of the original price being low!) Our cashier was very nice and friendly, and answered all our questions well and with patience

Low everyday prices in addition to great sales. We've been a member of their Inside Track Club for a few years now and it's great to get extra discounts on already low priced merchandise. They have high quality tools and many other items to choose from.

Guy at front knew exactly where tools I asked about were and the toolbox I asked about. He didn't just say isle x he said a spot on right there location was. Use to getting told most other places it's in isle y and it's in isle b. Don't get me started I swear Wal-Mart can't leave stuff in same place instead of moving it all the time. Or maybe it's just what I get they move

This place is such a great place to shop. I was greeted as soon as I went in the door. Customer service is Very important to me. I wandered around just shopping and at least three different times and associate asked if I needed help. Walmart could learn from this place. I found everything I came for plus some. There was an issue with the register but because the associate was so nice and personable I didn't mind the delay. Other stores should be trained like the personnel at Harbor Freight. If you're looking for decent priced tools this the place to go.

If this isn't your favorite store on the planet you will have your man card revoked! They have everything you need, everything!! All at a reasonable price too!! Plus there is at least one or two people there that know what they are talking about. I can't say everyone as I have had some blank stares and panicked looks, but there has always been at least one person who can answer me 😁

We had a torq wrench that broke, kinda old, my husband took it in there and they replaced it free of charge. Wow!

Customer service was excellent. Jury is still out on the sander I purchased. It looks pretty generic but maybe it will last longer than the junk I purchased at Menards. After unpacking the sander it was obvious it was inferior to the one from amenards so I returned it for a full refund. Very satisfied with the customer service.
