Walmart Supercenter

I'm often at this Walmart to pick up prescriptions. I have trouble with mobility. The staff at the front door are ALWAYS courteous, helping me with the riding carts. Sometimes bringing it to me before I can even get in the door (I'm very slow). They are excellent!
And then the guys who collect the carts often bring me a cart when they see me so I have something to hold on too as I'm walking in. They do a wonderful job collecting the grocery carts!! That's a hard job.

Our first time in this Walmart. We have been to 134 different Walton stores and we were impressed with the cleanliness and flow of customers. It was rather busy that afternoon, however the customer traffic seemed to move right along with the day. Kudos to the ‘Toon Team for operational excellence!

I know this is late, but on January 10th we were waited on by the sweetest cashier. Her name is Kathleen it says Kath on her name tag. Just have to say she was very helpful, patient, and kind. Being new to this area, nice knowing there are friendly people still out there.

Mattoon Walmart is my favorite place to shop! Friendly people. Clean store. Always stocking shelves. Great Pharmacy too. Has everything I need at the most reasonable prices.

I don't know how it happened but the previous customer bill was combined with my purchase. I went to the service desk and they corrected this. It was my fault I should have recognized this right away.

Good customer service everything seems to be in stock the day I was there it was very busy and they did not have enough scooters so I had to walk through the store with a limp but everything else was fine

I enjoy shopping there. Good products. Good prices. Workers and people are nice mostly.

Thank God for Walmart !!! Everything you need at consistently low prices.

I have been to a lot of Walmarts before All over the country this is by far the best Walmart they're always stocked in the customer service is on point every time I go there. April T who works in the front end team has always been very friendly and helpful her customer service is perfect thank you guys!

It just depends on the day. Some days you get good customer service if you need it and other days you don't. Good quality items. Many items and brands to choose from

I was extremely excited that they have extra ride in scooters, especially during holiday shopping time. Today the fried chicken was fresh both times I went in there.

I went to the Auto Center today, and let me tell you, EVERY single employee was kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and over all amazing. Specifically Travis and Jamarcus, I believe are their names, but every employee was gracious. We had a flat and we're stranded for hours, but the Auto employees got us home. We thank them and appreciate all of their help.

I never have any problems there, they have the lowest prices in town

The grocery pick-up service went smoothly. It is really convenient.
I have only had one issue with pickup, but it was taken care of quickly. The supervisor was great.

They were busy but it was 5pm on a Friday. While my other half waited in line to pay for his phone in electronics, I ventured on over to the art supplies and got my fix of blue acrylics. 4 shades of beautiful blues just for me and my art. And then we were out if there. I don't know what would have made our trip any smoother.
