Quick and efficient. Probably the smoothest DMV experience I ever had.

Update: I had to visit again. Somehow it was even smoother. I don’t know how they do it, it almost makes me wanna come again.

In and out less than 30 minutes! Didn’t even have to sit down and went 4:00 (was expecting them to be behind). Great, friendly service.

This place is super! Excellent customer service. I left in a better mood than I came in with. Yes I do mean the DMV. You can't even say that about most restaurants right now.

Actually a pleasant experience for a change! Normally the DMV is absolutely horrible. And the people working their look and act like highly functioning zombies. However this location, the workers were all pleasant. I had to get a registration sticker. They had me in and out in 10 minutes. I was actually impressed.

Waited outside for 20 minutes. Temperature was in the 30s but lots of sunshine. Once I was in the facility things moved along just fine, considering they were short staffed by 2. The staff was courteous and friendly. I was attended by Lori, very personable.

I absolutely love this DMV it's become my family's go to DMV, they have amazing staff whether your in-person or calling in to check on something (I usually call at the beginning of the day or around 10, the calls times are much longer during noon hours). I've done everything at this facility I generally go close to opening hours but they are also open during the morning on Saturday's (please check if that's still up to date!)

I had the best experience I've had in years at this DMV. It was still. Slow process but when It got to my turn the lady who assisted me was nice and super funny.

Yesterday I learned my Driver's License was expired, so I went to the DMV to renew it. Because of my age, I had to take the vision test and a driving test, my first since I was 16. All the staff were nice and helpful. I passed the tests (my organ donor status remains intact), and I'll receive the new license by mail. It took about an hour because they were busy, but there was no hassle or problems.

I have health issues so a woman took me where I could sit while getting my driver's license renewed. I had too take the eye test and they took my photo, this very nice woman took my info and got my license processed while I sat. Thank you.

Driver's Services: I had a really pleasant visit to renew my driver's license. I don't know if it's always this way - I was treated like a VIP.

Always a positive experience when you go to this facility for your licensing and registration needs. These people are great to work with.

Extremely clean and Efficient with their time and Space! High recommended getting there at 7am. To beat the line that tends to form at the front door around 715. Since covid they only allow limited number inside. Dress warm bec you might have to stand in line outside.

The person who attended me was very kind, she was a woman over 50's with short hair (Lori was her name I think) very polite and willing to help from beginning to end. How lucky is this establishment to have this type of staff.🙂

I arrived at 8 AM, just as they were opening the doors and got taken care of right away! This is the time of COVID, so masks & social distancing practices are still in place, but even still everything went great. I'd like to stress the fact that a person coming to SOS should take time ahead of their in-person visit to read over the requirements for whatever it is your needing from SOS. Having the correct paperwork & the proper proof of your identity will take you across the finish-line!

Nicest dmv office ever! I took my daughter to the other office on Dirksen where they denied us because they were closing in 90 minutes! Kline gladly accepted us and got my kiddo her first license in 30 minutes. The workers were friendly, knowledgeable, and even made it fun! Thanks to all of them for giving us their best even at the end of their work week!

I was in there and Lori was the most helpful, kindest person I have ever seen in there! She treated everyone like her friend and with respect. It was so refreshing to see a smiling face. Thank you!

I arrived 10 mins prior to opening and there was a line outside. It moved quickly though. The staff had the lines organized and things were pretty smooth

This is the hidden gem of DMV offices! Small, easy to reach location. I came in early and was out within 20 minutes with my new license and address changed. The staff are all extremely friendly and professional. This is the only location I will go to from here on out! Great customer service-
