Always gaooy with produce here. Prices are high on many items. Poor pet selection. Awesome meat and seafood departments. I don't use deli but hear good things. Staff lack personality like they are not happy.

Stopped by to pick up some flowers for my old lady and ended up buying a 12 pack and a large bag of dog food. Money well spent!

Out of all the County Markets in Springfield, IL This one has the Best Fruit and Veggie Area and their Deli and Hot Food Section are quite Impressive.

Wonderful market to serve an important area of downtown Springfield,.Illinois. The market is top notch and serves the needs of the locals and traveler as well. Just blocks from the Amtrak, makes it my first stop for any I town stay.

I want to compliment a cashier named Roxy. She was very polite, attentive and helped put my purchase in the cart.
I shop at this location to support my neighborhood store and this is the nicest experience I've had in nearly 2 yrs. I've been talked to rude by a few others and also the only time has anyone helped me is when they had a bagger... Otherwise I've struggled to put my bigger purchases even, in my cart. I have even had customers help me, but not the cashiers. I really appreciate the time she took to give me assistance. I am 66 and arthritic

This is a nice little gem close to the heart of Springfield IL. I go there for the salad bar which I find to be one of the best for a quick lunch in Springfield IL. The staff is helpful and responsive. The building is nearly brand new and the store is laid out in a way that makes total sense. There are some sketchy customers that wonder in from the street from time to time but I have never had an issue.

One thing I love about County Market is their bakery! The ladies are always so nice and go above and beyond, there have been a cpl times, today being one of them, that I have planned parties gotten everything done and have forgotten to order a cake!! They assured me they would get a cake done for me by 11:30am tomorrow. I so appreciate it, what would a 60th birthday for my big brother be without a cake. THANK YOU County Market bakery for saving me once again you're staff is awesome!!

Love all the facets of this County Market, but the coffee bar is the best. I haven't had a bad cup here. So much better than Starbucks. I get coffee there all the time!! The white chocolate latte is my favorite!!

Awesome one stop shop! Kudos to Patrice the cashier. She was in great misery about 7 months pregnant but she treated me with so much kindness. I appreciate her tenacity to keep on working with a smile. She made the visit for me.

It a newer store with a full service coffee bar, and cafeteria like ready to eat hot and cold foods and a quint little area to eat at. No real floral Dept but they do stock certain house hold plants and prearranged flowers in vases. Friendly helpful staff as well.

Great customer service. If you need help finding something they will take you to the product. There are good sales and a lot of times they have extra coupon penny pincher booklets at the service desk if you forgot to bring yours. The produce is extra good and fresh.

Although the store is small in comparison to many other County Markets they were right on my way, meaning I didn't have to make a detour to get there. They had Campbells soup for .99 a can if you purchased 5. The shelves were well stocked, the store very clean and because it was very early in the morning not busy at all. Easy entrance and exits from both major roads as the store is on an intersection.

I work at Memorial across the street and witnessed a customer being very rude to two employees. The females handled the irrational and downright disgusting customer with respect and still told her to have a nice day. Good to see they only hire the best employees here.

This is probably the cleanest grocery store I've seen. Staff is helpful.

They didn't have my chicken order ready in the deli but we're very speedy about getting it together. They also discounted it without me asking.

I have no problem with the County Market. I think it's a great market. County Market has different kinds of cakes their and their the one I chose to make my upcoming Wedding Cake, it's beautiful! It is also convenient for me to get their cause it's right close where I live within walking distance since I don't own a car.
