Very affordable! Our first time visiting this store. I was impressed by the prices and helpful staff. Owner went out of his wat to accommodate us! Highly recommend!! Check it out for yourself!

My husband and I were searching for a new king-sized mattress but were dismayed to find that so many places were charging $4,000+ or more. I found Springfield BoxDrop and my husband and I stopped by two weeks ago. Rich assisted us selecting a mattress and he was excellent - he answered our questions and was enthusiastic and attentive as we tried different mattresses. The first mattress we tried was their private line and we fell in love with it from the start. We were so happy that the mattress and frame together were under $1400. It was delivered three days later and the delivery guys did a great job arriving on time and setting it up.

I do say that the mattress was firmer than the one we tried at the store but we think this is due to it being a brand-new mattress: it has definitely softened up a bit over that first week. We love it! It is very comfortable and supportive and we are both sleeping better. We are very pleased with Springfield BoxDrop and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a bed or furniture.

This was my first time using Springfield Boxdrop. The buying process was good and fair and the full delivery option was very convenient and the deliverers were polite and kept the area clean.

HI, I've been in the market for about a year now and I recently came into the store and met our salesmen Kyle, Very upfront and nice and unlike other places in town. He didn't harass me about a budget and immediately started from the bottom and worked his way up, even going out of his way to show us a good deal. I came home with said bed which was a great deal for my budget and had the bed delivered quickly and painlessly. would definitely recommend!

This store was a pleasure from the moment I walked in, and even through the most difficult of times. Kyle is a phenomenal CSR and really gave me a lot of detail between what I was looking for; and even things I had not been familiar with. I easily was able to choose from their selections, and went a step further to buy for the bedroom and the living room. They have many options for leasing, financing, full sale, all of it. Something with my order had went sideways when I went to pick it up, and Kyle was a superstar. He took the situation head on, called out all the stops he could, and personally invested himself into the problem. I didn't feel like I was suffering alone, and that meant a lot. After getting home, I wasn't too excited about my new mattress that I had received, as it was just too firm for my tastes. They easily helped me into finding a better fit and was able to handle an exchange in the first week. 10 days later.... I am very happy- love my new furniture, and would HIGHLY recommend this store!

We bought a mattress from here about 2 years ago. Recently we started having problems with it. I wasn't happy and made a bad review. Within 30 mins of me sending my review the owner of the company called me. He told me he would take care of me not to worry, I would be able to get a new mattress. That is actually what he did, he gave me full credit toward a new mattress. His store associate Dolly hooked us up with a nice new mattress. Dolly was great even when she didn't make anything off the sale because we had a credit in the store, that didn't stop her from answering all our questions. This place is a great place and I thank them for not leaving us with a messed up mattress and making it right. Oh by the way our NEW mattress is GREAT!

Went shopping for a new living room set. Worked with Don. Very informative and answered all my questions. Don even helped me load my new beautiful couch and loveseat into my truck. He went above and beyond by even helping me with the ratchet straps. My couch was $200- $300 cheaper then other locations. The loveseat the same. Will be going back for all my furniture needs.
