Lady was really rude I spoke to if she is that miserable at work she needs to find another place to work at she was rude and depressing

I work at a dealership and spoke with Emmy about a vehicle that has a mandatory suspension on it for someone else. She told us we couldn't get the suspension lifted that day. She was hard to understand, so i asked to speak to her supervisor. She then told me the supervisor would say the same thing and then she hung up on me. I immediately called back and luckily Adrian was able to help me out. The first lady was ridiculously rude.
