BOB & Jimmy came to my unit and fixed everything that needed to be fixed. The sink didn't work he fixed it got everything new and made it possible to have my dish washer machine fixed and working he renewed my bathroom and also patch up all holes and leak damages on wall . And also did more than needed. These 2 are the best. I have pics as wanted for proof 😉

Apart from our apartment being well maintained by the time we moved in, Bob has been nothing but a savior for any problems we have had. Be it a small fixture or something big that requires time, you are always in the know of the process because Bob makes sure to keep you in loop. He also goes an extra mile to help us out with any other help we need at home.
As tenants, we are absolutely grateful that we don’t have to be bothered about following up on solutions from their end.

I’ve had great experiences with this management group, especially with Matienance Dispatchter Rob Melchionda. He always responds to our maintenance requests in a timely fashion and assists us with whatever we need. This is the best maintaince service I’ve received for a rental property.

Bob, our Property Manager, went out of his way to make sure we settled into our nee apartment comfortably. He looked into any issues we were facing and actively solved all of them. He even brought us FOUR NEW ACs for each of our rooms because our Central Air Conditioner didn’t get fixed in time. Really happy we got to deal with him. He’s the very best!

As an agent I have never ran into any issues with my clients and CRG. CRG is a pet friendly community, which is a plus. My rental transactions with the office has always been very smooth. They have a team that focus solely in leasing. Rachel and Kristi are always very helpful. They do have very nice units close to public transportation, another plus for tenants.

Mr. Bob is the kindest and most thoughtful property manager. Answers every call I make and will come himself if he has to. He goes above and beyond each time and leaves us with the problem fixed and a smile on our faces. We are extremely grateful for his services and kindness.

Bob has been very helpful with getting our apartment set up. He promptly replaced our dishwasher, fixed our lights, and also got us Acs when our central cooling stopped working. He's the best!

Bob is a really good guy! He bends over backwards for everybody I can tell! He got my dryer fixed in less than an hour.

Had a great experience with Bob from the maintenance team. Bob was very responsive when I had a window leak after a large storm. He personally came in person to address the issue and ensure someone was here the next morning to fix the issue.

I had some complaints when I moved into my new apartment. I called the maintenance and they referred Bob to me. He did ALL the things I needed and more. He fixed the blinds, got me new trash barrels and was super nice! He fixed our doors, all within a short time. I'll definitely be requesting for him whenever I call maintenance!

My absolute favorite management company to work with. They are super easy to work with and they always do their best to make deals work.

Kristi is the most responsive person that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She always makes sure that apartments are always pristine upon move in. She makes the move-in process stress free unlike most other property managers that I work with.

Bob is the only person from City Realty who returned my calls. After trying unsuccessfully to reach anyone for a month, Bob took care of our issues in a week. He fixed the mailbox key, front door key, and apartment key. He also made sure that trash that the previous tenants left on the property was finally removed. 5 stars for Bob and only Bob.
