The Kendrick is such a haven. We’ve enjoyed living here. They’ve got a super quick response to maintenance requests! All facility staff are friendly and community events here are second to none!

The Kendrick is the best of the best nice greetings Christian was very professional the lady at the front desk was nice and polite the housing was nice and very clean I don't have any words to describe my happiness it's a nice place to live

We lived in the Kendrick for 18 months. It was our sons first home and it was the best thing for him, socially and just vast amount of space and activities that were available for him.

The team is super friendly and maintenance is outstanding. They really try to make it a community. The amenities are unbeatable with an amazing three floor gym, great pool, and also great common areas. I would highly recommend!

We have loved carefree living at the Kendrick. The location and amenities have been perfect for us, and attention to any needs has been outstanding. There have been a few minor things we've needed-adjustments to the washer/dryer, and minor repairs. All was attended to and remedied quickly. We are sadly leaving the Kendrick after 2 years of calling it home. The facility is to me the best facility in the commutable Boston area given location off the highway, street and garage parking access, has outstanding amenities (3 story gym, pool , grills, outdoor patio, dog washing room, concierge, package room) including amazing maintenance and leasing staff. Any and all issues that I ever had while living there were promptly inappropriately taken care of. It has been a pleasure!

The apartment is very new, nice, and clean. This is a pet friendly community, especially they have a pet spa room and a pet garden. The door locks are controlled by Bluetooth, which are very safe and convenient. Jim and John at the leasing office are very nice people, they are always there when I have any question.

Kendrick is a luxury apartments, everything you want and need. The 2 br 2 bath apartment i rented for 3 years is perfect: location( 15 minutes from downtown Boston, 2 minutes from 128, rt9, Masspike.
You can find restaurants, shops, river walks within 5 min waking distance.
The building has everything:3 storied gym, library, roof deck, pool , maintenance and managment on site, parking garage, dog washing/ spa ,huge media theater.
Top floor (5 th floor)apartment with gorgeous sunset views. Quiet, modern open floor layout with huge closets , plenty of storage, tall ceilings.

I'm so happy that we have moved to Kendrick Apartments! What a great building to live in. Perfect for young professionals, families, etc. This is a brand new building, with an amazing interior design in the common areas, great gym and pool, very convenient and spacious parking. The apartments have high ceilings, plenty of closet space, equipped with all the new appliances, and have an open floor kitchen. Another great feature is that we have our own washer and dryer.
However, the best part of the Kendrick building is an exceptionally friendly and helpful people working there.
It was such a great pleasure to work with Michelle Vieira, manager at this development. She was supportive, welcoming, and very helpful.
I enjoy living here a lot and would recommend it to friends and family without any hesitation.

I moved in October 1st. I love it! The
building is beautiful. The maintenance crew is great! I didn't know how to work my thermostat and the head of maintenance (Jim) came to explain and demonstrate how to use it. I appreciate how everyone is nice but more importantly helpful in getting you acquainted with the area and where things are in the building.

If your looking for a beautiful place to live and a peaceful nights rest this is it.

Lived in the Kendrick for a year and have had no complaints. Neighbors are amazing and friendly, amenities are nice, and the management goes above and beyond when their assistance is needed. Special Shout-out to John who worked with me diligently to resolve any issues i faced.

I just want to share my experience while touring The Kendrick and express how impressed I was. I was greeted by their professional concierge who walked me over to the waiting area until I was shortly greeted by leasing. The building is absolutely beautiful, none like I’ve ever seen before. While on tour I got the sense that the people who live there are genuinely happy to live there. I need to bring my husband in to see it now.

The Kendrick has been an amazing home away from home. I moved here in August for graduate school and all staff, from Management, Concierge, to Maintenance has been nothing but diligent in their works to make living here a great experience . I am in a wheelchair and sometimes need extra assistance and they have made sure that my apartment is accessible for my needs. Jim and Dimitri In Maintanence have been so supportive and always go the extra mile to help out on things that would be simple for one who is able-bodied but difficult for me. I am happy to be apart of the Kendrick family!

The Kendrick is the most modern building in the area of Newton/Needham cities. Fabulous amenities and great places to enjoy with friends and family. The administration team is friendly and professional. John and his team just helped us sign for the apartment of our dreams within the building we've been calling home for the past 3 years!

The facilities to the staff- I could not be more thrilled with my experience here so far! Brianna at the leasing office was amazing to work with - always courteous, professional, and attentive to my needs! Jim, V, and Daymeyon, have also been beyond helpful in this transition process, with their friendly faces and helpful tips/recommendations. I expected to just “move to a new place” but found a community instead!

This was one of the best experiences dealing with people that I have had in a really long time. But to top it off, the building is absolutely spectacular. The attention to details from the hallways, to the library, to the coffee machines with iPads in the common areas, the pool, its just nothing like I have seen in similar luxury buildings. Jae, Juanita and Michelle are all a pleasure to deal with, being patient, thorough and sincerely welcoming. Just put in my application to be a tenant. Can't wait!

The level of service the maintenance team provides is 10/10. Hanz, the maintenance manager goes above and beyond to make sure the building operates seamlessly and to each resident's level of satisfaction. Hanz and his team have always responded within 24 hours, nearly the day of to all maintenance requests (which is unheard of in most buildings)! Without his leadership and dedication the building wouldn't operate the same.

The front desk is extremely friendly and professional. Specifically Shanaya and Jimmy do an outstanding job. Not only do they respond to all resident's requests, but they also have the most friendly faces in the morning to start your day. This is a huge one for me because they set the tone and exude the best energy for the building.

The property manager, Erin runs the building to it's highest potential and ensures residents are happy. With her leadership and dedication, she creates a community and living environment from being great to extortionary. Without this team the building really wouldn't be the same!

Beyond that the building is beautiful especially the amenities!

I don't know where to begin with my compliments, this is a life changing living situation for me. I'm so happy that I was able to have it happen here. I have had an outstanding experience, I only have praise for every staff member I have met so far, everyone has gone above and beyond their job, being friendly, always smiling, extremely helpful and making me feel comfortable, Jae, Michelle, head of maintenance ( I apologize for not remembering your name) and all the help at the front desk. I mostly have been communicating with Juanita from my tour to moving in, I can't praise her enough for all she has done for me, she has a caring approach and is a true professional. The building is beautiful, the amenities, the gym, and the library are great to name a few, the building is amazing but what makes it even better is the staff, making me feel like I can call this home.

State of the art apartment complex! The facility is brand new and has everything you could dream of! The gym is 3 floors and has a yoga area, cycling studio as well as a kids room, a library and a tv room. Very impressed by how everything is designed and and laid out. Sarah gave me a tour and was super knowledgeable and helpful. Can't wait to live here.

Where do I begin? A hidden gem. This place has everything anyone could want/need in an apartment, from the beautiful units and 3 story gym to the rooftop deck and courtyards/pool. The small details everywhere in the building are the best. I love it here! Also love how the building isn’t on a main street (very low key) but everything you need is still close by, stores, trails, train, highway, etc. And the staff...Juanita and the young man (forgot his name, sorry) who work in leasing have been so great, always very helpful and kind.

‘This place is exquisite. The staff are personable and friendly. My unit is my dream come true. Tasteful and beautiful done by toll brothers. The sound proofing is wonderful I rarely even hear my neighbors. I can say they went all out for the Amenaties offered. Over the top from the gym to fireplaced
Pool, to pub and amazing tv room, rooms for relaxing all done with elegant. You feel pampered here and they ate great at accommodating your needs. So much here. Even a parking garage ! No snow shoveling .
