Northfield Inn Suites and Conference Center

Went to a conference here. Excellent service, staff helped with any questions I had. My room was next to the stairs and the front desk but I didn't hear a thing, Slept well. Clean room. Breakfast was standard warm breakfast...eggs, meat, gravy & biscuits, cereal, oatmeal etc.

Great place right off the highway in a nice spot with great rates. We always stay here when in the Springfield area. Rooms are large and very clean. Only thing I can complain about is the toilet seats are the wrong style for the toilets and they fall down while your peeing and would scare the piss out of you if you hadnt just been peeing.

Other than that it's a great hotel.

I really liked my stay here. My biggest problem with hotels is my back. I have to sleep in a recliner, and I was able to call ahead and have my room changed to one with a recliner. Not having that would have made my life a living hell

Huge facility and excellent service. Room keeping did a great job with cleaning, and the desk staff were most helpful. The hot breakfast was a great start to the day.

The hotel was good the only issue we had were kids running through the hall coming back from the pool at night. That's not the hotel's fault.

My family and I stayed at Northfield Inn for several days and had our family reunion in one of the conference rooms.
I love this hotel and staff. Gregory was a standout at the frontdesk. Pam was great at helping plan our party. And the food Josh made was absolutely amazing.
The rooms are very spacious and clean. The air conditioner works wonderfully. Breakfasts were great.
One reason I loved my room is because I have a chronic back problem which makes walking a struggle especially in the mornings. But after only a few nights of sleeping on the bed at Northfield I noticed an amazing difference. I was even able to take the stairs several times. I have to find that same mattress for my home, so I contacted them about it. They provided me with the information on what kind of mattress it was and even sent me a link where i could buy one. That's what I call going above and beyond.

Rooms are clean beds are comfy, wonderful continental breackfast offered! Definately would book again when I return to the area!

Rooms were very nice (not overly fancy, but very nice) Pool area was among the cleanest i’ve ever seen. Breakfast includes English muffins, bagels, sausage, eggs, muffins, danish, waffles, cereal, juice,!coffee and tea. (Edit: it did seem like a nice, very clean place. however I must admit I did see a single ant in the breakfast area. hopefully just a fluke, these things happen.)

Omg the tub in rm 114 I need one and these pillows uughhh I gotta find out where they get them from 🤩 Job did well with this hotel

Aside from The Drury, this is the best hotel we've yet stayed in. We stayed in the jacuzzi king room, and the bed is super comfortable. Plus, the jacuzzi tub is huge. Very spacious, & clean, with a keirug, two sink areas, both in, & out of bathroom, plenty of parking, easy access into rooms, on site laundry facilities, well stocked vending areas, an on-site computer for use, a very nice indoor pool area that is well maintained, and a spacious breakfast room. The interior of the property is both tastefully decorated, well maintained, and most importantly, smells clean. It's pretty quiet, and has a very nice outdoor patio area for relaxing, and sunbathing, as well as a front porch sitting area. Staff could not be more friendly, or accommodating. The bed pillows are a little on the small side, but they were very nice about providing extras at no charge. Open wifi, and a good complimentary breakfast from 6-10 a.m. The basic scrambled eggs, sausage links, oatmeal, bagels/muffins, yogurt, fruit, cereal, and homemade waffles, plus beverages. Plenty of retail, and food options within easy distance.

This place absolutely blew my expectations out of the water. First of all, it looks like a large Bed and Breakfast. It was very clean on the outside. Upon walking in, the lobby was also extremely clean and had seats to wait in and small containers of water for guests. I was immediately greeted by staff and asked how I could be helped. The pool is heated and bigger than most indoor hotel pools. Once I checked in and went to my room, I was again blown away by the cleanliness. My jacuzzi tub was spotless as well as the rest of the room. It was WELL worth the money, and if I ever need to stay in Springfield again, Northfield Inn will be my first choice

We come for the high school rodeo mid winter meetings and I am always pleased at how accommodating the hotel and staff is! Clean rooms, and the meeting rooms are always up to par. Love how they always make sure we have water for our meetings as well!

Been a while since I was here. Seems like some very nice upgrades lately.

I expected a budget hotel. This was equal to everything double the price. Great value. Large room. Friendly staff. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I'm in the area.

Sarah, in the morning and Shundaya, when I checked in last night, were delightful! Great place. It's absolutely huge. Mexican restaurant at the end. Pool. Gym. Closed to Walmart. Huge parking lot for truck and trailer. Thanks again, ladies. I look forward to coming back.

Rooms very clean!! I had a indoor room and it was pool side!! They were very courteous, professional and helped me with some office copies and email! They have it all, comfortable beds, good breakfast, friendly staff, and like a said very clean rooms 5 stars ⭐

Great experience. Just like previous reviewers mentioned, it's very clean. Price for one night stay on the 30th of December was $86. Service was excellent. Doesn't smell old. Beds are comfortable. Overall, 5 stars from me.
