Besides being very busy always lol. Staff is friendly. A guy who's training as management names Bryce spent 45 minutes helping me find what I needed. System said 1 in stock but didn't see any and he went all over the store in all areas it could've mistakenly for placed and even in the back

As I walked in, there were gang-looking fellows coming out, but thankfully, the police are posted up right outside and plenty of security around the parking lot. It feels safe.
I bought something from the tech area and the employee was helpful and almost knowledgable about the products, he was willing to answer my questions, if not able.

The employees are friendly and everything was in stock. What else do you want from Walmart?

I left the store without one of my bags today. I went back an hour or two later hoping someone had turned it in. It hadn't been turned in but Dee in customer service was gracious and kind and allowed me to get the two items and take them with me. It wouldn't have been the biggest loss ($7 and some change) but it was nice not to have to pay for these items a second time.

Actually pretty fast cashiers if your in a rush. Customer service is amazing. Show you where products are not just point.

They're a Wal-mart. A better Wal-mart then most. The problem isn't the Wal-mart. It's the customers.

Convenient, it's not far to drive, Walmart on North Dirkson has been losing star's. They don't have items we need. It's getting old. For 4 months they don't have Marshall Fluff, they didn't have lasagna noodles they had no hot Coco with packs of 8 or 10, there's much more than that I needed and they never have it anymore. I know if this keeps up I'll have to change store because I don't like going place after place to get my items I need to cook with or even bath with.

Nothing like a visit to Walmart, no matter where you are.

Great place, I wish they was 24hrs a day and wish Springfield had public transportation like Chicago does. I love the variety of items like the toys and arts and crafts. If one opens up closer to me that would be a blessing. Once I learn more about this city I will continue to be a dedicated customer!

Always do pickup for my groceries. Staff is always polite.

This Walmart is awesome, easily the best in Springfield. I needed several money orders to close on a house, and they were the only place in Springfield that actively tried to help me. I could only purchase so many the first day (debit card purchase limit), but came back the next morning fully expecting to wait until they opened at 8am to get the rest. The super helpful lady working customer service that morning got me squared away by 7:50 and I got to work early. Thank you for making an extremely daunting process a little easier.
