Best Western Plus The Inn At Sharon/Foxboro

We spent a night and everything went well. The breakfast options were plentiful and everyone was really helpful. The Wifi didn't work very well in our room but we were way at the end of the hallway and perhaps fell a bit out of range. Our room was quiet and well stocked. Things were in good condition and the air conditioning worked well.

Great location, not fair from Xfinity Center an close to other stadiums like for the Patriots. Staff was great! Gave me information regarding the concert location, parking an safety. Room was clean, internet worked great, my only complaint is the bathroom in the shower, the hot an cold are backwards lol. We had a great 2 night stay. Great spot to eat across the road as well.

Dave at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. We didn't know the hotel offers a shuttle to get to Gillette which we took advantage of and skipped the traffic (& uber surge rates) when we went to a concert. We will definitely be returning when we come to Gillette again!

This location was one of my favorites. Very clean property and the rooms immaculate. Breakfast was nice and hot, many choices available. The front desk gentleman was patient and helpful as I kept misplacing my key. The manager is wonderful and helpful. Keep it up guys!

I wanted to come on and leave a quick review about how pleased I was with this hotel's customer service. A few weeks ago we were traveling to the area and trying to find a pet friendly room. I talked to a gentleman on the phone that said he would get in touch with the manager because we wanted to make sure that our dog could stay with us in the room (she's a pretty big dog with separation anxiety, and we would need to leave her alone all day for a funeral). The next day, I called back for an update and after going over specifics, we determined that it would be a better fit for us to make other accomodations. HOWEVER, the man at the front desk was incredibly helpful and empathetic to our situation. He was even kind enough to go over the other local hotels with me and recommend a nice, affordable, safe, CLEAN hotel a short distance away that ended up working out perfectly for us. I just wanted to say how much we appreciated his help during such a stressful time and I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this location if I ever return to the area. I fully understand that the concern with our dog was based on her separation anxiety and maintaining a peaceful environment for all the other guests, but taking the time to recommend another hotel suitable for us spoke volumes and I appreciate it a lot.

I'm staying in this hotel for three moths already because of my business and personal needs. Staff is absolutely great, rooms and other facilities are clean, they offer laundry room for guys like me who stays longer than average, fresh breakfasts help a lot, safe and clean area, 5 minutes from Gillette stadium, plenty of grocery stores and restaurants around. Highly recommended.

This hotel is a model for all others. Absolutely immaculate. (I had been staying at another property, in nearby town, at a different hotel chain/group.) The previous place was triple the price and a filthy hotel-hell experience.

The staff at Best Western Sharon, Massachusetts have been helpful and engaging. A full hot breakfast is offered every day with a wide variety of options to choose from. The dining room is bright and spacious and has great seating open all day long.

The two queen beds are the perfect softness/hardness with lots of pillows and silky sheets. The in room refrigerator is very spacious with a separate freezer compartment, a separate vegetable drawer l, and lots of shelves. The in room microwave offers a full power and a defrost cycle.

The in room a/c unit was very clean with fresh filters. (Yes, I popped the cover.) The windows will open a few inches to allow in fresh air. A treat when you are used to the modern hotel designs of no opening windows.

Last but not least, a standard bathtub that is big enough for this Amazon Princess sized body. You will enjoy your stay at this beautiful property conveniently located next to Route 1.

Great stay! The staff was very friendly and met our every need, The room was not fancy, but clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was defintely decent and their 24/7 coffee was amazing! My thanks to Ida, Ana, David and Alex at the desk, Maribel for a great breakfast and Jodi for the housekeeping! And to Ana…..many thanks from your Texas girls!

I can't say enough good things about the staff here! Ana and David were so kind and friendly and made my wife feel welcome. This is an amenity that can't be bought. Every morning breakfast was beyond amazing. There is a superhero that makes all this happen. Maribel, you treated my wife and kids like family and we can't thank you enough. If you're anywhere near Sharon or Foxboro this is the place to stay! Lastly, thank you Ida for being the captain of this great hotel and staff.

Carol and Shelby were very helpful and just a delight.
All the staff there were very nice.
Rooms were clean.
Breakfast area was clean and food was very good, nice variety. And again Carol was very nice.

handicapped room was a long way from entrance.
Rooms are a bit small. Yet
SUFFICIENT.
No travelers info at site.

Thank you Best Western Sharon for a great extended stay! Your staff was so kind and caring. The hotel was so clean and the bed was great for my back. I was worried about being so close to the highway, but there was no noise and it was the perfect spot for traveling north or south. Looking forward to a return trip in the near future!

We were in town to visit our daughter who lives nearby. The service at the Best Western Plus in Sharon was the best I have experienced at any Best Western..

The staff is uniquely caring and considerate. They did everything possible to improve our experience.

The rooms were as expected, but the heater fans were relatively quiet.
Elliptical machine in the small exercise center worked well. They had a nice set of barbells, and mats for stretching.

Our stay was great primarily due to David James at the front desk! He was friendly, knowledgeable and helped us at every turn. We will definitely return.

Location was ideal for my business trip and allowed for easy travel to Plainville, Taunton, Wrentham and Foxboro. Price point was good and the hotel room was comfortable. Bonus points for a larger fridge in the room that actually had a small freezer section. Workout room was adequate and breakfast was good. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area for work.

Great all around place. Long hallways. Elevator. Got some well needed R&R with zero distractions. Plus they allow for oversized vehicle parking. Fridge and micro included. Walmart is just down the street too.

Five stars if you are going to the the Pats game and use the shuttle. The shuttle driver is amazing not only did he make sure to explain where to find him on the way back. After the game it was pouring rain out and after Midnight. He was picking up other people on the side of the road and taking them to where they were trying to go to just make sure they got home safety.

The rooms were very small and dated but clean ,and hotel was musty smelling. There was a liquor store/deli (with amazing food) across the street and also an Irish pub across the street. Will definitely stay here again for a pats game.

Wonderful hotel and experience. We arrived early to our hotel with 2 young children. The staff was gracious enough to allow us to check in 4 hours early so our kids could rest after a long drive. That was very kind and much appreciated. They also had a great breakfast that offered gluten free options.

One of the best! From the reservation experience to checkout, the staff are top notch, including housekeeping. Check in was actually enjoyable, pleasant, professional and patient, they know how to treat travelers, true hospitality. The mornings breakfast was always cooked just right, and the lady was available if you needed anything. The room was perfect and clean, and housekeeping was respectful and quiet, and never skipped a beat.I would highly recommend this place.

The customer service here went above and beyond. We were in a pickle, horribly sleep deprived, and lacking funds. They worked with us and got us in a room. The place is clean, nicely decorated, and the beds are GREAT. Nice array of breakfast items, too. I'd definitely stay here again.

We needed a place to stay for a few days while work was being done at our home. The Best Western in Sharon was close by, so we got a basic king room. Our room And private bath was super clean and nicely updated. We appreciated the nice toiletries and soft towels. Good value.
